Of the pluses, only the first line, proximity to the beach. Upon arrival, it was not cleaned, they rented the entire cottage. Garbage, stones from the sea, used personal hygiene products in the bedside tables, used cups under the beds.

Very soulful! The location is the best in Koktebel. The rooms are clean and have everything you need for comfort. Good staff and owner, responds to any request. We lived in a standard room, we were comfortable and had a very beautiful view from the balcony.
