At the end of June, the As-el hotel rested in Koktebeli from the Biblio Globus tour operator. According to the tour operator, they were supposed to fly to the hotel early in the morning at 5.00, and the check-in was from 14.00, the operator offered to pay 3000r and immediately we will be settled. When we arrived, the hotels did not hear anything about the surcharge, but they promised to check in early for a fee. After a small scandal, the child and I were settled for free.
Good staff, polite and friendly! Walk 15 minutes to the beach. Housekeeping im still growing and growing. For 7 days they were cleaned, well, how were they cleaned? They threw garbage out of the bucket 5 times, 3 liter juice cans were left in the room, they say from the store, throw it away yourself. Vacuumed the last 2 days out of 7, and then I already went and told the reception. After my complaint, they vacuumed and didn't clean the bathroom. With a child who eats and litters all the time, this is very noticeable. And it's not nice when you pay that kind of money for a tour, and live in a pigsty - at least bring a vacuum cleaner from home. I noticed late on the pillar at the entrance to the stairs the announcement ‘Whoever doesn’t hand over the key when leaving the room, the room is not cleaned. ’ Upon arrival, they do not warn about this, and there is no cleaning schedule either, and I am not obliged to think about it. And if I feel bad or get burned, I will sit in the room !!!
Wi-fi catches only on the first floor, and at the restaurant. You have to leave the room all the time.
