Everyone, of course, can have their own opinion, but in my opinion, many of the reviews are simply not adequate! I liked everything, there were a few overlays - they couldn’t deal with the air conditioner, they asked for another room, since the one in which we were settled did not have hot water. But the staff tried to help in everything and everyone was very responsive! We wanted to go to the same hotel for the May holidays, but, unfortunately, it didn’t work out!
