We rested at the Lastochka Hotel in Koktebel in June 2015. From the pros:
Beautiful well-groomed territory, the pool was cleaned every morning by the owner himself, there is a cafe, they cook well and the prices are tolerable.
Cons: we were in the largest two-room Suite, because. we are 5 people 2 adults and 3 children, but only a double bed turned out to be full-fledged beds and that's it! The folding sofa was so stale and skewed that if two people lay down, they both immediately rolled down to the lower half. It was not possible to sleep on a folding chair at all, there are 4 parts and all at different heights. There were no mattresses! And when it was cool at night, we asked for a blanket... they brought us this... I make this for a dog in the country... And the sheets were not the size of the only good bed, the sheets did not tuck under the mattress and rolled down. The owners take great care of the territory, but the furniture and rooms are not at all.
