After reading previous reviews about the boarding house Crimean Primorye, I went with ambivalent feelings: the description of tour operators is one thing, and vacationers are completely different.
I'll start from the beginning of the trip, i. e. train No. 223 Moscow-Feodosia. We rode in a reserved seat car and were pleasantly surprised. that the car was equipped with air conditioning, a running board, a clean toilet. We reached Feodosia without incident, but then they began to breed us as best they could. A neighbor in the compartment advised us to get off at Aivazovskaya, saying that there is a bus station nearby and buses to the Biostation leave there. We believed and it turned out that these buses run only from the central market. Immediately, private traders began to pick us up. We had to go for 150 hryvnias (we were assured that the price was the same on the bus). By the way, from Feodosiya to the Biostation, a minibus ticket costs about 7 hryvnias per person.
We liked the boarding house itself, really the nature there is just wonderful. We lived in the second building in a room with an improved layout. The room is good, modern furniture, air conditioning. Pleasant maid Lena. True, linen and towels were changed for us once in 14 days.

The food in the dining room is normal, more like a dietary one. But this was just right for us. True, they really did not give us fruit. Well, porridge is healthy to eat, and they were cooked deliciously. Local chefs don't know how to cook fish, even local cats didn't eat it!!!
What marred the rest: the territory of the boarding house is open to the passage of all residents of the village, the pool turned out to be paid (20 hryvnia for an adult ticket for one visit, 10 for children). The voucher says: that the cost of the voucher includes the use of the beach. Huge merci! Everyone uses this "beach" without asking special permission. Sun loungers and antediluvian awnings are paid. We did not go on excursions, a little expensive. To reach Koktebel by boat (excursion) 50 hryvnia. On the minibus 5 hryvnia. Near Dolphinarium and Karadag Reserve. We walked. The place is beautiful, near Karadag.
Prices in the local market are acceptable. Tomatoes 8 hryvnia, peaches and apricots 22.25 hryvnia. Cheap factory wine and cognac. There are enough cafes where you can diversify gastronomic desires at affordable prices.
Local people are friendly, we did not feel at all that we were outside Russia.
In general, we liked it, a quiet place, calmly, it’s the most relaxing place with children. And most importantly, the air there is the cleanest, in Moscow we can only dream of such a thing.
