There are still places in the Crimea where you want to return. This year I discovered this for myself.
Not a particularly popular place, but there are so many sights in it: the Kara-Dag nature reserve, Lisya Bay, a dolphinarium, a biological station, a beautiful small embankment and the sea!
For a good, quality rest, I chose the boarding house SEA LAND
If I want to return to Kurortnoye, then I’ll think about going to a boarding house. Competitors don't sleep. There are nice hotels in the neighborhood.
The positive and negative aspects of the boarding house have already been listed earlier. I agree with everything, but I will add a few more thoughts on problematic issues:

- The use of electric heaters (boiler, kettle) is prohibited in the rooms. The reason is that the electrical network does not withstand, knocks out traffic jams. What then prevents installing a cooler with heated drinking water on the ground floor for all residents, or at least allowing the kettle to be turned on in the household room (the iron is not more powerful than the kettle)? I won’t give out a big secret that many vacationers, despite the prohibitions, still use kettles.
- Really with a network of a problem. The air conditioners in the entire boarding house were repeatedly turned off due to overheating of the machines. I consider this a strong negative moment, given that without air conditioning it is impossible to stay in the room. Plus, the air conditioners themselves are far from brands, which was expressed in constant breakdowns of equipment.
- Although the girls at the reception are very pretty, sweet and friendly, they cope with their direct duties perfectly well, but they will not be able to calm the rude people, brawlers and just drunken scumbags who spoil the rest of the vacationers with their presence. There is no security. There is no provision for a permanent stay of the management in the boarding house. All that was left for the girls was to write an announcement at the exit that the boarding house was open until 24 hours, but some wanted to spit on these notes and continued to buzz around the pool until the morning.
- Saves from night noise only closed windows, but then you need to turn on the air conditioner and then a new misfortune - it blows right in the face. The air conditioners are very unfortunately placed in front of the bed. I had to either hide with my head or open the windows, and there... people are walking.
- Territory boarding house: work and work! There is little shade, half of the territory is not well maintained, gravel and broken bricks are underfoot.
- Dining room - an ordinary tent. They cook well (the child has never been poisoned, which is already good), but next time I would go to the neighbors with a beautiful, large hall, air conditioning, and a varied selection of dishes.
I understand that shortcomings can be found anywhere, but the above problems can be solved, only for this you need a desire. I hope it is found.
