We were 4 adults and a child (4 years old). We took 2 rooms.
I personally liked the hostel very much.
The main thing was that I got everything I counted on by looking at their website http://kur. sealand. com. ua.
I was looking for a boarding house with a swimming pool (of course, not for long-distance swims).
It is very pleasant in the morning, while the rest are still sleeping, to swim in the pool and sunbathe in the morning sun.
It is not always convenient to run to the sea and then return for breakfast.
In addition, we were not very lucky with the weather. There were thunderstorms several times. And the sea after a thunderstorm became dirty and we swam in the pool.
The jacuzzi, however, was rarely turned on. I had to ask. But if it worked, then the jets were powerful and it was nice to massage the cervical region and back.
The positive qualities are written in previous reviews.
In my opinion, in a boarding house it is good to relax with children.

I watched how children aged 8-10 frolicked in the pool, and parents, apparently, rested in the rooms.
True, this may not be very good for other vacationers, because indeed, there is no regime.
If someone wants to sleep during the day, then you need to choose rooms facing east, to the street (not to the pool).
It is much calmer and not so hot there. We had those.
We must have been lucky. We didn't hear much noise.
Air conditioning in one room was located normally (overhead). But in the other, it really hung opposite and blew directly onto the bed. But I have the same situation at work and I got used to it: I raised the curtains of the air conditioner so that it blew up.
We also quietly bypassed the ban on teapots - there were no traffic jams. They just didn't advertise.
The water was both hot and cold all the time, which could not but rejoice. The rooms have a hairdryer.
Cleaned up every day. Towels and linen were changed according to the stated schedule.
Disadvantages:
1. It was very annoying that only one key was given to the room. I went to the pool in the morning.
If she took the key with her (at the same time, all electricity is turned off in the room, except for the refrigerator), then the husband, waking up, could neither shave nor turn on the TV.
And if you don’t take the key, then upon returning, you need to wake up your husband so that he opens the door.
2. One employee watched over the entire "household". In general, it's good. For any question, he could be contacted.
Once, however, there was a nuisance: on the table lay a booklet with prices for everything in the room.
It was also stressful. If the TV, for example, broke down right in front of us, why should WE pay for it?
So, there were thunderstorms. This employee came and checked that the air conditioner was working. It was not hot and we turned it off. When I decided to freshen the air for the night, I found that the air conditioner was not working. I got scared, wondered if I had money to pay for the air conditioner.
I began to ask my husband to look at what I did with the air conditioner or remote control.

He saw that the air conditioner showed no signs of life at all. My nerves immediately passed, but I went to the administrator to tell about the breakdown.
The girl with a sweet innocent smile said that the whole system was JUST OFF because of the storm.
Fine! ! Couldn't you have warned? ?
3. Food was not ordered. It was necessary to place an order immediately for 5 days, but we traveled a lot and did not know in advance when and where we would go and whether we could return for lunch or dinner.
There are many cafes of different levels in the village.
We started with a very decent-looking cafe "Rushanna". It's a bit pricey, but it's cozy and has a varied menu.
Unfortunately, they got poisoned. First, three adults - thought of fruit.
But after 2 days the child was also poisoned.
They began to eat in other cafes (but they already avoided taking meat). Before leaving, we discovered that right across from the boarding house there is a very decent cafe in another boarding house.
The food is fast and cheap.
4. Did not like the system of booking and payment.
Booking was taken 3 days in advance. And if they could not come, would the money be lost? Even with advance warning? ?
At the final payment, nothing was given. No bill, no check. On the hands of no paper on the full payment.

Resort.
We traveled around the area. Resort - the quietest and most comfortable place to stay.
Everywhere on the beaches, as they joked, they played puzzles - "there is nowhere for an apple to fall. " Crowds of people.
And it's much freer here.
However, we did not immediately find a good beach. We arrived at the main boardwalk.
I could not go into the sea - huge boulders. Was upset.
And the next day we went beyond Rushanna and the clothing market and found a beach with small pebbles - a wild beach.
Even large tents remained there - but everything is in disrepair.
Excellent dolphinarium. Small but very good presentation.
It's nice to ride a boat along the mountains and the golden gates.
If there is a lot of money and you don’t feel sorry for them, then they ride on votrushkas, bananas, catamarans - it’s not cheap.

In the evening, entertainment for children - also prepare more money.
We didn’t go to the water park in Koktebel - there in July the prices were almost doubled compared to June.
In general, how much they pull from vacationers (in order to rip off more) was simply annoying.
