Hmm... on a 10-point scale of this site, I chose 5 (a lot of flaws, but "it will roll with beer. " Although, you could put 5+ if you like space at the base, because the main plus of Sate-Nebi is the territory and... staff.
But in order.
Crimea. Rest in Kurorny. Seit Nebi - reviews
We are here for the second year in a row. On the one hand, this seems to indicate that the base deserves a positive review, but on the other hand, there is a simple explanation for the repeated arrival: 70% discount when paying through the company, i. e. sort of like a ball.
We rest in August/September.
I will be objective, I hope that the management of the base will take into account my review and draw the appropriate conclusions, and not just delete it from the site (an attempt to post a review on the site of the recreation center is not yet visible : )))).
I will break the review into sub-items so that everyone can evaluate the level of individual services, and not all together.

1. Location of the territory of the base
The place is good, the territory of the base is large, it is clear that the staff is trying to keep it in an elegant form. However, the lack of a sense of taste and a holistic project for the improvement of the base nullifies these works from the point of view of their positive perception.
Example: paving slabs filled with concrete, painting fencing and railings on the terraces of the rooms. And what are the chairs repainted with a brush : ))).
A clear disadvantage is the lack of a playground, because most vacationers come to Seit Nebi with children. In the evening, the children really have nowhere to play, so they annoy in the rooms or rush around the expanses of the base.
Of the obvious pluses - parking. Enough parking space for everyone.
WI-FI - around the administration building appeared in 2012. This is a plus, but in the rooms it no longer catches, so I had to use a phone modem and connect to the net in the traditional slow way (3G is not available in Kurortny yet)
The territory of the base is always clean - I don’t remember a case when the garbage was not removed in the morning.
To the sea 6-8 minutes walk through the park area of the old boarding house.
The sea is not visible from the rooms of Seit-Nebi.
2. Numbers.
The number of rooms is extensive: from trailers (I don’t know what class they belong to, probably economy class) with window air conditioners to relatively comfortable rooms in a two-story building.
We lived in a one-story cottage with three rooms (34.35, 36). One room with a double bed. Shower and bathroom combined. Fridge. Air conditioning. TV (on-air). Armchair, bedside tables, wardrobe, mirror on the wall, hanger at the entrance.
Kettle rental 10 UAH for 10 days - inexpensive.
The room is small, but you can live.
Cleaning every five days or on request.
In front of the cottage, a parking lot for several cars is a clear plus.

There is a place to cook meals on the grill (there are several mobile barbecues on the territory of the base - using the barbecue is free)
On a small terrace (for three rooms) there are tables and chairs for gatherings.
What I didn’t like about the room (moreover, in the two-story room in the superior rooms there was the same problem, our friends rested there):
a) a terrible bed with "orthopedic" springs that massage your body all night. Sleeping well is difficult.
b) falling apart cheap furniture. You can endure it, but you can't help but notice it.
c) An air conditioner that has never been washed... or does not know that it needs to be washed. When turned on, it exudes a sickly smell for several minutes.
Because the room is relatively cool when the window is opened (a draft helps), then they stopped using the air conditioner after the first start.
d) The toilet/shower has the cheapest plastic furniture. In general, the state of plumbing draws a satisfactory assessment with a big stretch. Or maybe not at all.
The ventilation window with a torn mesh looks original.
There are no fly and mosquito nets on the windows in the rooms at all.
3. Nutrition. Seit Nebi base cafe.
Cafe is a very loud word. Ordinary dining room with a soviet approach.
It can be seen that the staff is trying, but simply does not know and does not know how to do everything right.
All crockery is old. A beaten plate or cup will hit you every time you visit this wonderful place. And cups without handles from the last century are a great success. Rejoice, you will always be lucky.
You will need to run for napkins, the staff considers them an excess and fills napkin holders once a day. No, on demand, they will bring them to you without any problems and snorting, but no one here even thinks to follow this on their own.
You will not find a clean tablecloth even if you go around all the tables (and the dining room is really big).
Knives are brought only on request. If you often demand them, then they will remember you and begin to bring them themselves.

The furniture and interior of the dining room without taste and sophistication are especially emphasized by the chairs repainted with a brush.
If you want to take food to your room - no problem, the staff will collect everything on a tray and take it away.
Need plates, forks, glasses for evening gatherings - contact the dining room, the girls will give you everything for free!
The food itself……. . Yes, this is food… well, if you want to eat deliciously, then well… better cook yourself.
The first courses are still edible, but the miracles of the second are an excuse for teaching at the "Pekelnaya Cuisine". Not imitation, but teaching from the series: "How to ruin lunch and dinner. "
By the way, getting chicken broth with chicken pieces and unnatural aftertaste thanks to "Magi cubes" is the norm. At first, we couldn’t understand what kind of taste this seemingly natural broth was... then we figured it out.
A phenomenal dish, which to this day causes a smile and bewilderment, attention, this is a masterpiece!!!!
Stewed cabbage with beef stroganoff, poured with the same gravy...... oooh... have you tried it?
And in vain, you need to experience this at least once in your life. By the way, they don’t know how to cook beef stroganoff here either.
Sluggish salads are the cost of a wide time slot for breakfast/lunch/dinner (4 hours each). But the problem isn't the salads, it's the lack of organization in the kitchen. If they were kept ready in min. volume, there would be fewer problems.
For everyone who wants to sip some alcohol, there is a bar-shop in the dining room.
Hard workers from neighboring construction sites hang out here all the time, ordering “strong” drinks, but they behave quite decently. In any case, we have not seen any debauchery and showdowns in two years.
Sweet porridge for breakfast without warning and dry sausage is quite natural.
It's hard for me to remember everything... I stopped going to breakfast on the 4th day.
For all those who stayed without food, there is a summer shared kitchen and refrigerators.
There are no problems with self-catering. You will be given a bowl.

If I'm not mistaken, then the food "he is inclusive" here costs 110 UAH / person per day.
Those. 220 UAH for two. In Shchebetovka, a fresh tenderloin costs 75 UAH/kg. There are several small vegetable markets near the base - there you can buy everything else. Cook it yourself - it's 10 times tastier and absolutely stress-free on vacation. Look around, there will definitely be 2-3 neighbors in cars nearby who will buy you everything you need when leaving the city (Sudak, Feodosia, Shebetovka). We went by car every 2-3 days to the ATB in Feodosia (35 km) or Sudak (25 km), we went to the market for meat (65 UAH kg) or mullet (40-50 UAH kg). In Shchebetovka, meat is 75 UAH kg.
You do not want? Then find a cafe on the waterfront and eat there - it will be more expensive, but worth it.
By the way, if you want to buy beer, you can do it in Koktebel (11 km from Kurortny) - prices in stores on the main road are no higher than in ATB. For example, Bad - 8 UAH 0.5l. , in Feodosia ATB the same 8 (in Dnepropetrovsk in ATB -6.50)... and in the Seit-Nebi canteen 12 UAH.
4. Staff.
If you expect to hear negative things about the staff, then you won't.
Everyone is smiling and welcoming. In everything they go to a meeting and are really ready to absolutely disinterestedly help you solve your problem. The administration is also accommodating in everything. No conflicts, no misunderstandings out of the blue.
I would like to say a huge thank you to the staff, without any "buts".
Thanks!!!!
Conclusion on the Seit-Nebi base.
There is a feeling that the administration of the base has a desire to make it better and raise its level, but it is impossible to please everyone.
It can be seen that she simply does not know how to do something, but there is simply not enough investment for something.
In general, we can say that the rest deserves a rating of three with a minus on a five-point scale from a relatively demanding, but not spoiled client.
A solid four will be put by the one who is used to 100% economy vacation without a tent.

Anyone who can afford a vacation in Turkey, Egypt, Croatia, Slovakia... etc.... most likely put a fat deuce and smile, sitting on the terrace of his Sate-Nebi room - after all, he was born in the USSR, so this vacation is for him understandable and humanely dear.
A few words about the resort itself.
Great place for a family vacation. If in Koktebel and Sudak there is a roar of music and the din of tourists on the embankment, then here is silence and grace. There is no market near the coast, there are good beaches and clear sea. Children have a place to run, and adults can sit down and read a book in the shade of the trees of the old park of the Crimean Primorye boarding house.
It feels like time has slowed down a little here and you can not rush anywhere.
Kurortny has its own dolphinarium. We went there - great. Price in August 60 UAH per adult (child 30 UAH, but I don't remember at what age) Swim with dolphins after the show 400 UAH per person.
If there is a desire to go to the mountains, then the Karadag Reserve will open its beauties to everyone. We never got out, but friends were and once again were very pleased.
If you want to find a relaxing holiday, then this is one of the few places in the Crimea.
Several boarding houses and the private sector will easily block your opportunities with their offers.
By the way, there is a boarding house Hyacinth (we jokingly called it “genocide”) opposite Sate Neibi. The prices are quite adequate) a double room ~ 300 UAH with all amenities, a balcony. There is a swimming pool. Visually, the level of the boarding house is two heads higher than ours, as we really don’t know, we need to read the reviews or move to rest for a few days there.
Would we like to go back to Seit Nebi???
No, not even with the 70% discount. As a result, this discount went to normal food in other establishments and did not cover the extremely low level of the recreation center's room stock.
I have not yet talked about some other disadvantages, which, I hope, the administration will eliminate in the near future (meaning the incident in issue 35).
Well, it seems that's all... while mine were sleeping, it turned out such a story)))
Have a good rest everyone.
Sincerely, Alexander
