There were many questions to the online consultant before booking. According to his information: animation, buffet, safe, free pool in the spa and an excellent equipped beach with a pool for both adults and children. Everything is included in the price, which amounted to quite a few even for the action 45 thousand for a standard room for 6 days. Requested a quiet room.
What we got in the end: room 713 near the administrator and the entrance to the elevator on the first floor. That is, silence only at night. Water stagnates in the bathroom sink. Everything else is fine.
There is no safe! More precisely, the director has it, who kindly provides it for residents for free. According to the administrators, only the director has access there and the guest cannot use the safe at any time. That's bad luck... they assure that nothing will be lost from the room, but no one is responsible either.

The food is tasty, the portions are normal. But not a buffet. Bring the waiters. We are really satisfied, no complaints in the kitchen. Animation - not noisy, not intrusive and the most interesting activities are paid! The indoor pool in the spa is free - have not visited yet. From 9 to 18. And now the beach! Yes, there is a free zone. But it's free for everyone. Come whoever you want. Further to the equipped beach there are fences. Entry is by card only. Which are issued only to those living in suites! That is, not to us. There are pools, toilets, showers, a bar. And the coastal strip itself is more decent. For a fee, all these delights cost 300 rubles per adult. It is not weak for a family to visit the beach once.
Moreover, it is easier to book a suite for money at a hotel and use all this...
In short, they lure with what they can, as long as they book it. And in the end, all the benefits are obtained for a surcharge.
