The hotel was chosen on the recommendations of friends who have been vacationing at the Gloria Park Hotel for more than a year. We arrived late, the administrator met us, showed us where to park the car and led us to our building. We settled in building 7 on the 3rd floor.
Our room was standard with a balcony. Clean, comfortable. Everything you need was in the room. Plumbing worked properly, there was always hot water. Great mattress on the bed! In the morning, leaving the room, we were stunned by the incredible beauty of nature that surrounded us everywhere. I can't describe the air in words!
Restaurant. We had set meals. The food was very tasty and plentiful. The food is varied. Not pretentious, ordinary, rather homely. Very friendly restaurant staff! Always walked forward. Packing with you what you haven’t eaten is easy! And this happened often, because, I repeat, they fed very tightly!
Beach. I can’t give a full assessment of the beach, since it was not yet the season. The sun loungers were not taken out, the pools were not filled. The bars didn't work. We just went to sit on the beach, breathe in the sea, meditate and sunbathe a little. Warm pebbles, cries of seagulls!
Territory. Here you can write a lot and for a long time. Better to see it with your own eyes! This is the best area I have ever seen in a hotel. Park-Hotel-Gloria is located in the heart of the Miskhor Park, located on 23 hectares!!! ! There are playgrounds, recreation areas, fountains and cafes, souvenir shops. Moreover, everything is for an amateur. You can walk somewhere more fun! You can retire in complete silence! In a word, the territory is beyond praise!
We really liked this Hotel! For the responsiveness of the staff, for cleanliness, for delicious food and for the territory!
P. S. We asked the administrator to show us the rooms of other categories and in other buildings. Luxurious suites, and what views from the balconies and terraces! And I don't even know what to write about apartments. Luxurious!

Significant and huge minus - no elevator. I can’t even imagine how you can carry suitcases up to the 5th floor. We just put the essentials in bags and took them away, since the stay is short. Nevertheless, it is very tiring to go uphill from the beach and then climb the stairs to the reception and then another 5th floor. A card to the beach is also issued one, which is not very convenient. Plus, in addition to the card, one clip is given for entry: also a minus. The beach itself is definitely not suitable for families with children. There are 3 pools, but they belong to another hotel, but we are also allowed to swim, but sunbathe in another area. But it's tolerable.
The most interesting! In our room there is a jacuzzi, we decided to try it. They put water to be drawn, they themselves sat in the living room. After 10 minutes, they smelled burnt wiring, opened the bath, and smoke began to pour out from there. The husband quickly ran to the reception, as there is NO phone in the room !!! ! From 5 to 1 floor is not very pleasant to run. We waited 10-15 minutes. By the way, the light turned off on the entire floor, where there were vacationers in other rooms. I could not stand it and went to the reception, I was just surprised by this silence. There was only a duty officer downstairs, I called the administrator, she calmly sat in the bar, relaxing and watching football. She was surprised at this news, but did not deign to get up immediately. I returned to the room, called the Ministry of Emergency Situations. The repairman finally came to us, looked and left. I again went to the reception, because the time was already late and I wanted to sleep from the road. It would not be possible to sleep in this room, it was necessary to look for another one. Just at that moment, an employee of the Ministry of Emergency Situations came and the administrator, the hostess (just approached), interrupting me, began to say that they say there is nothing. Although the administrator did not even deign to go up there. This I had to run from 5 to 1 floor. THIS IS GOOD!!! ! As a result, the application will be verified. Since the smoke detectors on the floor did not work, although the door was open by us so that the smoke would come out.
We were given another room on the same floor, lower category. As they said: either this or the standard. The owner didn't even apologize. Then, when they gave the light and we moved things to another room, the administrator got up. Thanks a lot!
In general, draw your own conclusions! But with such rudeness and indifference, even lies, I'm standing up for the first time!
PS The safe also turned out to be not working, the girl who came to see it said to simply take the valuable to the administrator.

Minuses. Still, quite expensive, albeit with 3 meals a day. There was no safe in the room. Some items in the environment are time to update. The shower cubicle needs to be cleaned more thoroughly. An announcement in the bathroom warned of a fine in hryvnias, not rubles. Noisy AC and small TV, both brands unknown to me. They didn't change their underwear in a week. Some dishes are too spicy. Macaroni without cheese. Apple pies are delicious. The walls in the hall are dirty in places, and there is not always salt on the tables. The buffet was canceled by the end of the week. According to the administrators, only the director has access there and the guest cannot use the safe at any time. That's bad luck... they assure that nothing will be lost from the room, but no one is responsible either.
The food is tasty, the portions are normal. But not a buffet. Bring the waiters. We are really satisfied, no complaints in the kitchen. Animation - not noisy, not intrusive and the most interesting activities are paid! The indoor pool in the spa is free - have not visited yet. From 9 to 18. And now the beach! Yes, there is a free zone. But it's free for everyone. Come whoever you want. Further to the equipped beach there are fences. Entry is by card only. Which are issued only to those living in suites! That is, not to us. There are pools, toilets, showers, a bar. And the coastal strip itself is more decent. For a fee, all these delights cost 300 rubles per adult. It is not weak for a family to visit the beach once.
Moreover, it is easier to book a suite for money at a hotel and use all this...

Meals: breakfast - buffet, lunch and dinner - you can always buy if you wish, we walked very often and therefore dined in different places. The beach is located near the main building, 5 minutes walk through the park, on the beach there are 3 pools with different depths, an excellent cafe - "Marengo", individual praises to the cook, sometimes we stayed on the beach and dined (okroshka, pasta, seafood, pita bread with cheese, cocktails and coffee - everything is very tasty). In general, the hotel is very comfortably hidden in the depths of the Miskhor Park, next to the embankment and the palm alley. For vacationers with children there is animation, adults can visit the SPA center. Madly in love with Miskhor and incessantly admire the Crimean nature, probably the biggest minus is the lack of entertainment nearby. For the first time visitors, we want to advise you to visit: 1-cafe "Old Spring" in Koreiz, authentic Tatar cuisine + European menu, the most delicious chebureks and yantykhs, dolma, lamb; 2-cafe in Yalta "la Koza nostra" near the railway ticket office, hamburgers, ravioli, pasta, pizza, steaks, hot and cold salads, desserts, 3-coffee house "Kofein" on Spartak, a variety of different coffee drinks and desserts, the opportunity to buy kg of cakes to go; 4-coffee house "Pushkin" in the depths of Spartak, honey cake and chocolate pie...... you can eat your fingers, 5-men like the Irish pub "Red Patrick" again Spartak, pork knuckle, wings BAfalo, potatoes with mushrooms, own brewery, 6- if you want sushi chain cafes "ropungi" are distributed throughout Yalta (quay). From excursions: necessarily Cableway, but not by car, you won’t see the view, namely by funicular, Vorontsov Palace (you can walk from the hotel - 15-20 minutes), for children Zoo, meadow of fairy tales, crocodile aquarium in the very center of Yalta, Marble cave, horseback riding in the valley of ghosts, the Grand Canyon of Crimea, Balalklava Bay, the temple of the Archangel Michael in Gaspra. We go to the Respect Hall beach, we were given a pass there, the beach is well equipped, a shady area, sheds, a large pool, a small children's pool, a jacuzzi, there is a cafe on the beach. It’s very hot, only the sea saves, there was a nuisance when the sewer broke in Ai-Petri, we didn’t swim in the sea for two days, we swam in the pool, although I don’t like them, the children like it, the pool is clean, towels are given to the beach. It's nice that there are not many people on the beach, there are always free sunbeds and no one shouts over your head, you can relax and unwind.
Of the unpleasant mosquitoes, they bit for five days on the street every evening, they didn’t fly in the room, they probably would have eaten without the raptor)) the last two days have been better, the mosquitoes have become noticeably smaller.
In terms of food, we found an interesting cafe Old Spring in Koreiz, very tasty pasties, probably the best we ate in the Crimea, as well as good yus-fahash (soup with small dumplings) in general, very good home cooking. We ate delicious barbecue and pilaf on the beach at the Marengo cafe, we liked it. We mostly ate at the Gloria restaurant breakfast - 300r lunch - 400r dinner - 300r children 50% discount, large portions, the food is tasty and satisfying. We ordered desserts, delicious eclairs, though a little expensive - 110 rubles apiece, homemade churchkhella and cakes.
I can also note the children's animation, the children are really engaged and entertained, you can safely leave the child for several hours and go on an excursion or go for a walk.
This is not the first time we have been in Miskhor, so we knew what to expect and planned our vacation in advance, the only thing we don’t like is that prices rise for everything every year, but the service does not change, you probably just need to get used to it. And in the other direction (to Yalta), ~ 5 km Swallow's Nest and ~ 10 km - Livadia Palace. You can walk to the Yusupov Palace (less than 2 km). And in the evening on the balcony it is great to spend time with a glass of wine.

One of the few hotels that let me bring my dog. My Yorkie Sonya always travels with me - I can't leave even for a day. I want to say a big thank you to the girls at the reception, all my questions and requests were resolved quickly, clearly and efficiently.
