There were three of us: me, husband and child (4 years old).
Where to go to the Crimea was chosen for a long time and carefully - they stopped at the Rubicon. Because if Crimea, then the South Coast and not far from the sea. We booked ourselves (without a travel agency), called us, they told us how and where to pay - we paid for 1 day, a junior suite. There are no places in the Rubicon itself, but in the Marine building - please! We did not know the hotel, but agreed. And upon arrival, they did not regret it !! ! even then, on the contrary, they were delighted, because. it is a new modern building and closer to the sea.
We arrived and were seated in 5 minutes. no problem! The car was parked (20 UAH per day extra)
They carried things and bags themselves - no one even helped (thanks that at least they allowed the car to fit to the hull)!
Hotel: consists of 2 buildings: Rubicon (main building 4 floors) has been operating since 2006. and Corps "Morskoy" in 2011.

Located on the territory of the sanatorium "Ukraine".
The hotel has practically no territory, only courtyards near the buildings (with children's playgrounds and we have an inflatable pool and sun loungers), but you can walk without problems, go to the beach (there is an elevator) through the "Ukraine". Everything is green, alleys, benches - a great green park area! The air is amazing!!!
Number: Corps "Marine" - new, modern, number - respectively!
Everything is new, clean and not yet broken), with a balcony.
Each room has its own exit (there is no corridor system)
Cleaned every day (very carefully vacuumed -because there is carpet)
Slippers, shower caps, small soaps, shampoos and shower gels - it's all there!
Bathrobes - only in suites.
In our junior suite: a double bed (in a niche), a hanger, a huge mirror, a double sofa, air conditioning, 2 chairs, a huge wardrobe (it also has a safe), a cabinet with a plasma TV, a mini-bar. Spacious and comfortable!
Beach: - Rubicon does not have its own, they issue entrance cards to the beach of "Ukraine".
Medium pebble. Everyone went to the sea in shoes. Clean and even very! With beer, for example, they will not be allowed on the beach. You can't smoke either. Do everything on the embankment! People were happy, no one complained, on the contrary, both smokers and non-smokers. Sun lounger rental - 20 UAH. (approx. 2.5 dollars) for one for the whole day (on other beaches of Marat, Pine Grove, etc. - 40 UAH! )
The sea was clean, warm and pleasantly refreshing. 3-4 days there was a storm, the waves overwhelmed the entire beach (despite the breakwater), so everyone stood, but it was fun to jump on the bank and see)
Places on the beach had to be taken early in the morning (
Embankment: noisy, a lot of people!
An endless number of stalls, cafes, bars, diving, tennis, mattress rental, etc.
Everything is here: from hot dinners, alcohol, ice cream, pancakes, fruits, hot corn to live music, karaoke (in the evenings).

You can go down to the beach by elevator through Ukraine (6 UAH per person), but it’s very cold in the tunnel, or on foot! It's not far at all, but it's a bit high to "crawl", especially not to go down to the beach, but to return "uphill"! In the heat with a child and things - physical education is still the same)))
Meals and prices:
(because of which there is a double opinion)
Prices for everything are too high and even very much!
Especially food, fruits, water and alcohol (but this is Crimea, it doesn’t happen differently here, especially at the height of the season).
Breakfast: in the restaurant "At the mother-in-law" - included in the price. From 9 to 11. Normal, varied: milk porridge, potatoes, salads (alternating in 2: olivier, fur coat, vinaigrette, something like mimosa, etc. ), vegetables (tomato, cucumber), meat slices, cottage cheese, muesli, milk, eggs, sausages, pate, cheese (a little), fruits, ice cream, juices, tea, coffee, olives, bread, buns, even charlotte and some sweet pies were. In general, you will not be hungry, you can choose, especially since there is no one else at home!
Then lunch and dinner - well, it's just a song (
To eat "in the mother-in-law" - you need to have time to take a table!
From 12 noon for lunch, the tables are already occupied and finding a table is sooo hard! They are released from 15. In the evening, the same thing (Despite the fact that they are up to 23.
You have to wait at least an hour for your order!
Once in the evening, our child did not wait for dinner - he fell asleep in his arms. I could not stand it, I went to the waiters to ask them to take out at least something - feed the child, pay for the order and leave! They still didn't deliver quickly! Despite the fact that we ordered the elementary: a chop for ourselves, a child - pasta and a cutlet. Horror! With this occupation of tables and the expectation of food, they suffered!
went to another place - "Malibu" - dined for 500 UAH!
3 borscht
3 steaks
2 free cards
3 juice
and bread! Everything!! ! Don't go anymore!
For several days they went to eat in the canteen of the san. "Ukraine" - a soviet canteen "cheaply", the food was soy-salad cabbage.
Breakfast 30 UAH, lunch - 40.
We couldn't last more than a couple of days!

Sorry that there are so many "bukoFF", I just wanted to describe the whole picture of the rest)
rested well: the weather and nature and the hotel - super!
But the food is not well thought out! Running, "bouncing around" and looking for somewhere to feed the child - pretty spoils the overall impression!
to Crimean prices and service - be prepared!
