This year, my wife and I went to the Crimea in the village. Novy Svet for the 23rd time, accommodation was planned on June 12-22 in the Novy Svet Group of Companies. We've been driving since the early 80's. We have been coming here every year since 2014. When checking in, a special guest was even stamped on the guest card!

When checking in on June 12, the reception confirmed the possibility of checking into our triple room for an adult son (33 years old) if he arrives for 2-3 days. On the night of June 17, the son flew in, threw a backpack into our room, went down the territory to the embankment and went to spend the night with friends - in 1991-2002. we rested with children in the New World almost every summer, many of our acquaintances.

On the morning of June 18, we went to the reception to check out our son's stay for three days, everything is fine until it comes to payment - the son must pay for the full board, because. he checks into a room where people (my wife and I) are on full board. We are perplexed - what does the number have to do with it, is there really no other way to register a person for 3 days? It's not about money, it's just that my son really didn't need food at all - he came in a couple of days to run around the bays, rocks, mountains, and travel around the neighborhood with local friends. When asked to somehow accommodate without meals or only with breakfast, they categorically stated: “No! It's impossible! You don’t understand, we have instructions, we have a program, and in general everything is complicated! Not the slightest desire to at least TRY to resolve the issue.
We asked to speak with someone from the management on this elementary issue - in 2019, the director solved a similar situation with the payment of food for us in a minute. In response, we were told that the management is now not communicating with vacationers, write a statement, director or deputy. it will be considered if there is time. The director is sitting in the service area, two guards stand to protect the doors, they don’t listen to any requests, they repeat: everyone is busy, then there is no one, no one will talk to you, you were told at the reception that nothing is allowed, etc. In general, the conversation went on raised tones, then one of the guards, supposedly deputy. for security, said: sit, wait, maybe someone will come out. We sit in the lobby and wait. After 15 minutes, he comes out and declares: You violated the rules, brought an outsider into the territory, we are generally evicting you! They called the security company NEVA, two men in bulletproof vests with weapons began to press us, that we were interfering with the work of the administration, we were violating order. Then they called the police, and without us they threw our things out of the room.
The most outrageous thing is that the representatives of the administration announced the eviction due to allegedly SYSTEMATIC violations of the Rules of residence by us. At the same time, NO documents, despite our numerous requests, were presented - under a variety of pretexts, they did not show us and did not provide any confirmation of our alleged violation (they took our son through the territory, and this is so serious that it is necessary to directly evict people ??? ) , no decision to evict, no act of opening the room and collecting things. At the same time, they constantly demanded that we sign a receipt for the safety of our belongings. All the time the representatives of the administration were without masks. In the end, we called a police officer from Sudak, in whose presence we announced the illegal actions of the administration, and a protocol was drawn up. At the same time, representatives of the administration refused to give explanations.
Both people from neighboring rooms and those present at the reception repeatedly addressed the hotel staff: well, how do you behave with older people, it’s also impossible, it’s the simplest thing. In response, the "tape recorder" turned on: They broke the rules, we are evicting them! They are violators, we evict them.


We were treated with full understanding by the tour operator "Alean-Tourne", from whom we bought vouchers, they listened carefully to us on the phone, immediately called the hotel management. Later it turned out that the leadership of the Novy Svet Civil Code frankly lied and presented the situation as if we were rowdy brawlers, systematically violating order. Already in Moscow, they explained in detail to the management of the tour operator what was happening and how. For a long time they could not believe that such a situation was even possible - the son arrived, they OFFICIALLY formalize the residence, but he passed through the territory, and they were evicted for this, even if an acute situation arose. The tour operator reviewed our situation and issued a refund for the unused days - many thanks to them for their help and understanding!
We consider it necessary to draw your attention to the fact that the employees and management of the Novy Svet Group of Companies DO NOT KNOW and DO NOT WANT to professionally and simply humanly "resolve" elementary situations. It is unacceptable to behave like this with people who have been coming for almost 40 years (! ) - it is incomprehensible to the mind how much one should not want a reasonable solution to a simple issue. You can gradually repair rooms and houses, equip the territory, make more or less modern food, etc. And at the same time, not to show the slightest desire to resolve the situation, which goes a little beyond some strictly defined framework.

Perhaps everything written will seem untrue, but at our age and position we will not act like a naughty schoolboy who has been caught, and now he invents all sorts of nasty things in response.
