In general, by the end of July, there was a slight panic in the mood. And suddenly, to my advertisement for renting good housing NEAR THE SEA WITH COMPLETE BENEFITS, INCLUDING AIR CONDITIONING, I received an answer: "Rest in Privetnoye. Briefly, quite informative, immediately with photographs, including a photograph with a view on the sea directly from the room, plus prices and contact numbers. At first I did not believe my eyes, but after a telephone conversation, it turned out that everything is really like this: from the boathouse to the sea (not to the beach, but to the sea) twenty meters, the price for a triple room with all amenities-350 UAH, on the first floor, right at the entrance, own cafe with home cooking. In addition, the rooms were booked completely without prepayment.
When we arrived at the place, we decided not to let the taxi go right away, but first to see if everything was as promised, but after inspecting the apartments and the nearby territory, our doubts dissipated and we settled into the rooms with pleasure.
The cottage has four floors. Divided into several parts and, accordingly, several owners.

The room is clean and comfortable, a large double bed and a huge chair-bed, a dressing table with a mirror, satellite TV, a refrigerator, in general, everything you need for a normal existence, even bath towels. All furniture and fixtures are new.
In the evening we played tennis and billiards with the children.
A few days later we met the owner of the hotel "Denmark", Alexander, who offered us excursions to Zelenogorye to a waterfall and a mountain lake, from which we were delighted. Then he took us to Koktebel with a yacht trip and swimming in the open sea. Hotel "Denmark" is also located in this cooperative Katran. In addition, there is a swimming pool with filtered sea water and a restaurant with excellent cuisine. So, when there was a storm at sea, Alexander Vasilyevich did not refuse us the pleasure of swimming in the pool.

The owner Valentina and all the staff were wonderful people. All our whims, such as no hair dryer, we want chicken fillet, not pork, and besides, fried not in batter, but in egg and flour, were performed with such good nature and love that sometimes it seemed to me that I was just at my mother’s house . A little about the location.
The village of Privetnoye itself is not located on the coast, but a little higher in the mountains, about three kilometers away, and the place where we stopped is called the Katran cooperative. Landmark - located near the border post. A few years ago, they were allowed to build a fishing cooperative there. There are no fishermen, but decent cottages have appeared, they say, there are about two hundred of them. But in fact, this is not very much, do not be alarmed. You can get around them in five to seven minutes.
Beach.

It is located 20 meters from the cottages, which are in two, and in some places even three lines. Our cottage was on the first line. The beach is very clean, mostly small pebbles, but it’s a bit problematic to go into the sea, because. large pebbles in the sea. I would say that these are not pebbles, but stones. But, if you prepare for this in advance, buy rubber slippers for swimming, then you will not experience any discomfort. Locals carry crayfish, shrimp, waffle rolls, fruits, corn and wine. From water entertainment - a banana and a scooter. The beach is actually free. You can go to the sea at 12-00 and freely, without leaving your house, sit right by the sea.
Infrastructure.
On the territory of the cottages there are a couple of shops where you can buy everything you need: dairy products, water, chocolate, canned food, beer, as well as creams, shampoos, powders. Nearby there is a mini market where we bought fruits and vegetables. The nearest pharmacy is located in Privetnoye. Almost every cottage has a cafe. The prices are very democratic.
In general, I want to say that I really liked it with my friends and children. Quiet, comfortable, next to the sea. Someone complained that there was nothing to do in the evenings. I will say the following: if you want discos and movement, then you are not here, but in Sudak, but everyone puts their own meaning into the word rest. I had a good company and we were not bored, even without discos : ))). I took a breath from the bustle of the city, from the noise of cars.
