Ужасные впечатления Terrible experience

Everything was correctly written by a friend from Russia. I’ll write and I’ll write how everything is there, especially since we just returned... Sorry for a lot, but you can’t erase the words from the song!
First - we booked two rooms two weeks in advance, and after that there were at least four calls - and the hostess answered - yes, everything is ok! numbers are waiting for you! come! We arrived with a small baby (9 months) at 9 pm - and what do we see? Our numbers are NOT! It turns out that those who lived in our rooms - they just extended them, but what should we do with it? And on the fifth floor, please - instead of the promised second.
It's nothing that a mother who is 70 years old is with us, nothing that a child...

The second call was that our rooms were not cleaned for three days and we asked the administrator to throw out the garbage (at least! ). And what did we hear from her? I quote verbatim: "If you do not want to GET DAMAGED on your child, then throw out the diapers for him yourself. " And this means that take them and go 500 meters to the garbage containers and throw them there. To be honest, we were shocked by SUCH attitude. I would not recommend anyone to go to these guys, especially with small children.
Well, the last thing, when we wanted to extend our rooms - they just showed us to the exit - they say your rooms were booked by others and we can’t help. But how is it, we ask, why when we arrived you said that your extension is more important than booking? To which the daughter of the hostess simply laughed in the face of my wife.
For 6 days that we lived there, they never changed bed linen, they never gave soap and toilet paper - although we asked (we had to buy everything ourselves). After the scandal with diapers, of course, they came and regularly threw out the trash, but we still (just in case) threw out the diapers ourselves.
The hostess's name is Nina Alekseevna. "Dear woman", even if you agree on everything with her by phone, then upon arrival she will blame everything on the people around her, the administrator, etc. She's kind of out of business. And what sugary reviews are written in their guest book - you just marvel, especially if you look closely and see the same handwriting! : )
Prices are 100-150 UAH more expensive than other (neighboring) hotels, they also say that money for early departure is not returned.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially with young children. Thank you for a "great" ruined holiday!
