The building is 2-storey new, cold and hot water around the clock, the territory is very small fenced, locked and unlocked by each guest personally (one key per room is issued), at the entrance to the territory there is an inscription on the door saying that there is video surveillance, there is wi-fi is free, parking outside the area in front of the windows. The room consists of a separate room with a bathroom and a kitchen related to it, quite decent and at the same time simple, there are all kitchen utensils for cooking and eating food (cook yourself, cafes and restaurants on there is no territory), a small 2-chamber refrigerator, an electric kettle with the smell of plastic when water boils in it. floors entrance by stairs along a separate corridor. In the room, as well as throughout the hotel, the floor is made of tiles, the walls in the kitchen are the same. There is a safe in the room, a TV, a fan (there is no air conditioning !!! ).
