In general, as a parting word to the next vacationers, in no case do not mess with "Phoenix" and "Cozy", the owners are rude and rude, for whom the main thing is to steal money from vacationers and it doesn't matter whether what they promised corresponds to reality. In addition, I want to say about the arrival and departure, organized by "Phoenix" - NO ORGANIZATION, instead of a broken bus that was supposed to take us back, they barely provided several minibuses, the expectation of which was for four hours on bags, as a result, we were late for the crossing , which, like the arrival and departure, is organized by "Phoenix", which also calls itself the "TurKom" company. As a result, we ourselves had to cross and look for our bus, although "TurKom" had to deal with all this.
