Instead of comfort, they settled me in a standard room, in response to indignation and a request to return the money, they said that they allegedly did not receive it and for the first time such a situation, which I doubt. They settled on the second floor, shared a shower on the first floor, and for three days the water was not ice cold only in the evening. On the fourth day, after a long search, I found the administrator Olesya, reminded me that it was time to stop torturing me with sleepless nights from the heat, give me my number. To which I received an answer that there was no room again, the family that came with me to the race was settled there, because a husband and wife and two adult children lived in a small room (although they paid for two double rooms). After frayed nerves, calls to the tour operator, I was moved to the third floor, to a room that was not intended for guests at all (local supply manager Alexander said that the owner made the room for himself), the room is good, there is air conditioning, BUT! shower ONLY HOT WATER!!!! ! I refused, to which they told me that there were no others. . . kind of no options.... Again, conversations with the tour operator, after I just started swearing, they agreed to return the difference for standard comfort. So I spent the whole vacation in a room on the third floor, with air conditioning, I went to the shower on the first floor. Many do not want to spoil their vacation, they are not indignant, and such hosts take advantage of this. Sudak is a beautiful city, I walked from Phoenix to the Genoese fortress in 10 minutes, along the beautiful hills and mountains, admired the view of Alchak, the vineyards, I tried to visit Phoenix as little as possible. The beach is also close, but the city is always full, if you want, you can take a little walk to Alchak, the water is clean, there are not many people) I don’t advise Phoenix to anyone, for this money there are many guest houses along the beach, with excellent conditions.
