In June 2012, we arrived in the village of Utes - this is a "quiet horror" beautiful buildings, good rooms, but what they offered us had the smell of mold (dampness), the beach assigned to the hotel is a concrete slab with a ladder descending into the water, like in a pool, the depth is 1 meter we are with a child of 3 years, then the city beach is large sharp gravel (not pebbles), the water is cold in comparison with the water towards Yalta (10-15 km) from the cliff. The sun is only until lunchtime, after the shade from the boathouses. After 4 pm we came to the beach, there was no sun, we decided to take a walk along the promenade - we walked around in 15 minutes. Very quiet, even sad there is no feeling of a resort.
The service in the boathouse is very intrusive (we only arrived after 15 minutes and went to the beach when we returned, it was noticeable that we were already in the room, although we didn’t have to clean it yet, someone comes to the kitchen nearby, they look at what you eat or drink)
We left the next day, we paid a penalty of 10% of the amount (because we paid immediately for all the days of the planned stay) We moved to the resort town: the housing is good, the beach is close, there are no owners, a walk along the promenade with inexpensive entertainment for children. cafes and bars with affordable prices. The sea is warm and clean. Rested the class.
