Stayed at the hotel for 2 days. Impressions: in short, I will not come here again. And the reason for everything, as always, is our favorite Crimean service.
Overall, both the building and the location of the hotel are very good. A special merit is the pool dug in the city center, the merits of which we could not appreciate due to the cool weather (we are not talking about heating, of course).
Bewilderment arose with the beginning of communication with the staff. When I
I asked if it would be cold in the room, the girl answered me that if it was cold, they would give us another blanket. When I asked if it was possible to turn on the air conditioner, she shrugged her shoulders and said:
- No remote. . .
- That is, how is it?
- Well, no, that's all.
This despite the fact that we rented a suite - very large in size, but, as it turned out, very stupid.
- Can we have two glasses? (about the glasses in the suite, of course, it was not discussed, as well as about the minibar)

After some discussion, we were nevertheless given two glasses with obvious reluctance.
By the way, there is no telephone in the rooms, as well as an elevator in the hotel, so residents from the fourth floor, if necessary, will have to go downstairs to discuss something with the porter and chat, as they say, live. There is, however, another option - you can call on your mobile.
In the bathroom, there was a disposable shampoo bag (one for two) and two bars of soap, which they didn’t even think to add when cleaning.
It is also worth adding that during the construction, the owners decided not to spend a lot of money on the doors, so all the rooms have Canadian doors with optimistic gaps of about 2 cm above the floor. And the guests can calmly, without straining their hearing, be aware of the negotiations of the maids from the next floor. For some, this may be a plus.
As for the parking at the hotel, it will definitely not be able to accommodate everyone in the season, so those who decide to settle in need to specify this moment in advance.
However, moderate accommodation prices can compensate
unobtrusive service and some inconvenience.
