Hotel ratings by criteria:
A big disappointment from the hotel, namely, from the service offered. Yes, the rooms are very beautiful and spacious and its own territory, although small, is also worthy. What did not like:
1. Very thin doors with a large gap from the floor. In the morning I woke up from the fact that a woman was calling someone over my ear, to remove something ...It turned out that it was in the corridor. It is heard so clearly that it would be possible not to put doors at all
2. Photos on the hotel website of our room with bathrobes and a description that there is a minibar and a hairdryer. In fact, none of this turned out to be, and the hostess (it is this person who manages everything there) said that, in fact, this is for rooms of a higher level, well, if you want, we will give you ...We felt like beggars
3. There are no telephones and it is impossible to contact the reception, only if you go down yourself
4. There is no elevator and we had to carry the suitcases on the 4th floor ourselves

And most importantly, we didn't like it. We lived in a junior suit room for 900 hryvnia and the period from 4 to 14 July
. On the second day of our stay, we decided to leave the hotel because we did not want to spoil our holiday. The hostess was, of course, dissatisfied, and commented that we had found a cheaper hotel, so go ...We did not explain to her that we chose a new hotel for 250 hryvnias more per day, because we are ready to pay a lot of money but for service and attitude
