Just returned from Zori Russia! Terrible impressions! The sanatorium is destroyed. Look at the photo of our room - this is the standard. The price is more than 3 thousand rubles per day - for this money you get a very old, dirty, smelly little room with a view of the sea and an overgrown park. The staff is disgusting and rude - aunts (registration office) who sell expensive rooms to poor pensioners. They work strictly until 4 pm. It is impossible to stay in the office. The queue to the office for several hours. The same aunts sit at the reception, who are sent to them on any issue. Vicious circle right! Dining room! Meals - carrots, unwashed cucumbers in a salad, diluted milk and sour cream, vats of "tea" and "coffee", fish such as pollock is very small, sausages in small pieces, chicken broth is just like water, croutons smell unpleasant to it. Once there were chopped green apples. The stone is caught. Dirty dishes. The ceiling is leaking. It hurts to even remember. Territory! There is no waterfront at all! There are several approaches to the sea and breakwaters, from which it is naturally impossible to get into the sea. There are sunbeds on the side of the sea from rotten boards. At the beach, the lifeguard and the nurse are usually already drunk by lunchtime. The staff smokes on site. The park is not well maintained and abandoned 20 years ago. The pool too. There is no water in it for a long time. You stomp up the stairs to the sea and the dining room - poor pensioners! In order to get out of this paradise at least somewhere, you need to walk to the track in the heat uphill for about 15 minutes. Naturally, there is no transfer anywhere! Buy excursions - then you will get out, nothing else is offered. Check-out from the room at 8 am, and breakfast at 9! There is no such thing anywhere!! ! Hungry guests are escorted out on all 4 sides and it doesn’t matter that it’s a few hours away from the airport or train station in the heat. Saved probably megabablo on these miserable breakfasts! Wanted to buy breakfast extra as there is nowhere else to eat! We got in line to the management, waited about 40 minutes and went hungry to the beach. This is the service!! ! The sanatorium is disgusting! Do not spoil your vacation and the impression of the Crimea!
