I can't say anything about the hotel. I rented a house nearby. I would like to mention Ms. Natalya, a massage therapist in the health center of the complex. Really a very nice and caring person. Back massage is cool. Was in February 2024. I hope that in the future I will be able to relax and improve my health in the Zhaivoronok complex.

The master was there and simply wiped the floor with a towel and pushed it into the leak near the shower. We can't do anything, we have to repair, and we have to do it without settlement, the workers said! The hood in the bathroom does not work, it smells impossible! No, I apologize for the inconvenience or anything. Just some kind of horror. A lot of flies and mosquitoes in the room, there is no place to dry clothes or towels. For some reason, the air conditioner is in Fahrenheit and not Celsius, guess for yourself or translate to understand what temperature you need! Every day you need to change your residence bracelets, you also have to stand in the same line to the pool, even though you live here and not come and buy entrance to the pool.

This is not the first time we have a rest in Zhayvoronka, our homeland likes it, good conditions for moderate money. Recommended for recovery and relaxation! This year I visited snail therapy for the first time - very interesting, and my husband liked to sleep on the bee streets))) it is good that the rest can be chosen for different tastes.

We arrived at "Zhayvoronok" in order to get medical treatment and see Transcarpathia. We chose between this hotel and the hotel in Kosino, but the prices of Zhaivoronka were outweighed. When settling, a slight sovietness was felt - these are the thinnest walls in the room, and the same type of breakfast, and the gloomy faces of the attendants.

But this did not spoil the holiday mood until ...we left for the whole day on an excursion to Budapest, and the room was put up for cleaning.
The next morning, when I go to breakfast, I don't find my Nike sweatpants! Not believing our eyes, my husband and I turned the number over 3 times! They are not here! Turning to the administrators, we heard phrases like "What are you! We have never had this and cannot be, you lost them yourself, but you want to blame our most honest maids! ". When asked about cameras - we don't have cameras there!
When asked if the hotel could somehow compensate for the loss of a thing worth 1400 UAH (for example, free access to the pools), I heard the answer: "So everyone wants to come with the goal of having something with us. " When I said that I would call the police, they answered: "Let's call it ourselves. "
And then I realized where I got - mutual responsibility and a rotten scoop! Not in the external surroundings (although here too), but in RELATIONSHIP TO CLIENTS! As a result, the vacation was spoiled, once again I remembered the wise saying: "Cheap fish - rotten yushka" (although not so cheap). Who is going to go to the Zhayvoronok, be vigilant, but it's better not to go. For people who, like me, have traveled at least a little around the world - it generally sucks! Boredom and the accumulation of pensioners and children in rather small pools! The only positive thing is their restaurant! Good food and great service!

There are no questions about the hotel, everything is very clean, we were kindly received. My birthday was very full, I swam all day, went to the spa on excursions, in the evening ordered a festive table in Pachirta (this is the restaurant of the complex).

Hello, finally we had a rest from our stay in Zhavoronka, I’ll tell you how it was: we ordered a suite 101-s, settled without problems, the room was some kind of Soviet, but clean. We had a wonderful dinner at the restaurant opposite and by 19.00 we went to the pool - and then the first trouble: huge queues for bracelets, the door from the street opens all the time, and we are dressed in thin robes, with bare feet in slippers and stand in a general queue with those dressed in the upper clothes by people.

Well, is it really for their guests, at least from the suites, to bring these bracelets to the room or give them out of the queue. Further pools with different temperatures, well, everything is fine there, then naturally I wanted to relax, but not in 101-s. - A rumble in the bedroom, like a KAMAZ truck under the window! Plus heels on the stairs through the wall. Trying not to pay attention, but where there. In short, we didn't sleep well. In the morning, the maids said that this was a faulty ventilation, there is such a thing, and after such a rest we went to Kyiv with pregnant heads!

Service in Ukraine strives to be like in Europe - something turns out something not very good) In general, after a trip to Zhaivoronok, the following impressions remained. As for accommodation, it is very clean and comfortable, the rooms are even like in some 5-star hotels. Regarding the water in the pools, I myself am a doctor and I want to emphasize that highly mineralized water with hydrogen sulfide cannot be crystal clear, such are chemical laws.

The feeling is cool) In short, we liked it.
