We went with the company. Bad attitude towards visitors. Settled in rooms not cleaned after the previous owners. Changed bed linen when everyone went to the mountains, went without knowledge and warning. I was very surprised when I stayed in the room, and I was visited through a closed door. Dinner (fry) waited for 2 hours, orders for the same dinner breakfast was not prepared, and in a boorish form told me that I did not order it.
