We went with the company. Bad attitude towards visitors. Settled in rooms not cleaned after the previous owners. Changed bed linen when everyone went to the mountains, went without knowledge and warning. I was very surprised when I stayed in the room, and I was visited through a closed door. There is no soundproofing. You can hear all the conversations of the neighbors and their movements, it feels like they are walking right in the room. I happened to visit different villas/hotels in Ukraine and Europe, and _such_ was nowhere to be found.
Nutrition. Never order food from Bugel Strasse! We made this mistake twice. For dinner, they brought us borscht with a huge amount of vinegar and fried liver with blood : ( I had to go to the store for food : ((
The next morning, breakfast was ordered for a strictly defined time and a transfer to Bukovel in 30 minutes (this should have been enough for a breakfast with a head).
Imagine the surprise when there was no breakfast at the appointed time, and neither the cook nor the administrator was there. When the administrator did appear, she accused us of the fact that we ourselves were to blame. Allegedly, we were obliged to call in advance (in the early morning? ). It was not enough to agree on the evening.

I rested three times in this hotel - February 2012, twice in the season 14-15. As for me - a great option. Good rooms (the beds are comfortable, everything you need is there), clean, the bathroom is either in the room or on the floor of one for three rooms, but this, oddly enough, does not bother. Well landscaped area around the house.

Suite rooms are two rooms that you enter and your knees immediately rest on the bed. 4. The rooms were not cleaned for 6 days. 5. There is construction on the third floor 6. The hostess with such a view that we owe her. And what the hell are you doing to me. This impression is not only mine. The good thing remains - this is the girl Tatyana, who works there (if she still works). She cooked for us and solved all the problems with the hostess. These are my impressions of this hotel.
