I put a low mark for two big fouls.
Firstly, we were traveling with a friend and clearly indicated at the time of booking that we needed a room with two single beds. The travel agency sent the information to the hotel. But in the hotel we got a double bed and a folding chair. Moreover, it is clearly clear that the girls at the reception deliberately did not raise this topic when booking. To solve everything already in place, when there are no other options (the entire resort is filled to capacity).
Secondly, the promised Wi-Fi did not work on the first floors of our cottages. I had to go up to the reception, or squat on the stairs of the second floor.
Breakfast is delicious, at the level of European hotels. But the time is planned incorrectly, so immediately after the opening, a queue fills up and spoils the whole feeling. Although here and our mentality still plays a role.
Otherwise - a normal comfortable hotel near the ski lifts. Better than Patkovsky for sure.
Do not go to Buka - expensive and pompous.
