We arrived on the appointed day at 9-10 am, i. e. before the departure of people from the rooms. There was no one at the reception, we thought that we were in another hotel - a hotel where everyone doesn’t really care about customers and people don’t really care about the quality of service. However, then we found an administrator, over the next 4 days we saw him 90% of the hotel solving all sorts of problems, which is undoubtedly a plus, we were in hotels where administrators sat only at the reception and generally did not pay attention to the problems of the hotel. In general, we could always find the administrator by the phone number indicated at the reception, though not in the most visible place : P.
Further, the care was pleasantly surprised, we were allowed to check into one empty room, while people had not yet left our room (as I said, we arrived earlier than the check-out time). In general, we were able to throw off our things, change clothes and go to the slopes - we won a couple of hours - cheers for the administrator !! ! =)
In the evening they came and moved into their room, it exceeded our expectations, we had a 3-room suite. At its core, this is a 2-room suite and a huge hall, there are 2 sofas in the hall, a low table between them (it is very convenient to play poker and other board games), a little to the side there is another table with 4 chairs, plus a balcony, just fine. In reality, it can accommodate 8 people (2 sofas + 2 double beds), of course, if you have a young and cheerful company, but 2 young couples will generally feel chic.

When leaving, we agreed with the administrator to wash and change in one of the free rooms before leaving, because. we were leaving in the evening, and the room had to be vacated at 12 noon - just a huge thank you!
More about the sad:
- breakfasts are monotonous, every day in the dining room you need to fill out a form - indicate what you will eat the next morning for breakfast, and the text of the form does not change !!! ! For us, from the whole menu, only fried eggs and pancakes were suitable, we had breakfast only with this for 4 days, and the pancakes were not solid, they were served with such an amount of jam that I personally usually eat with one pancake, although I don’t really like jam myself - sooooo very little. Next - sooooo unfriendly waiter, he even used to be rude to us when we showed dissatisfaction with something !! ! Although on our last day he was very polite, 10 times wished bon appetit, apparently he was glad that we were leaving : ).
- WIFI - for us, in fact, it was not there, they said that it is in the dining room, which is located in the basement, not the most attractive place in the hotel, in addition, our favorite waiter was there - the bartender, in short, we did not uncover our laptops.
Results:
1) Lovely suites (temporarily provided standard seemed a little small to us)
2) Excellent, fast responding receptionist and maid.
3) Disgusting staff in the dining room, monotonous breakfasts, we went to the restaurants of neighboring hotels for dinner, in addition, there are 2 good grocery stores with a normal assortment within a 7-minute walk.
4) Lack of WiFi in the rooms, and we don’t need anywhere else!
In general, the next time we go to Buk, we will return to the Bungalow, but we will not drag laptops with us.
P. S. : the actual distance to the nearest ski lift is ~2 km, if you are not by car - walk for 30 minutes, and a taxi will cost 40 hryvnia.
