Came for the Catholic Christmas holidays with a group of 4 people. We booked a room in advance and agreed on the amount, as there was a discount.
Upon arrival, we encountered the first unpleasant moment - they cheated at the reception. Since we are from Lithuania, the full amount of payment was transferred to us in dollars, and the advance payment was paid in dollars. But upon arrival at the hotel, paying the entire amount, I had to pay more by 40 hryvnias, according to the manager, something like converting dollars into hryvnias, but in dollars we paid only an advance, the entire amount was paid in hryvnias. In a word, they didn’t understand the joke, the money is certainly not big, but the sediment remained.
The second problem is the internet. He was only at the reception, that is, to check the mail or see the weather forecast, you had to get dressed and drag yourself to the manager. There was no wifi in the rooms.

I liked everything else... I hope that the nails were already pulled out of the bed, otherwise all the legs were scratched. Warm, cozy, smells like a bathhouse. In short, to take a break from the noisy city, that's it!
