Extraordinarily useful and environmentally friendly breeds of sheep, goats, and cows are grown on subalpine meadows. Healing sheep cheese. In summer - the richest harvest of mushrooms, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries. Everything is very cheap. Picturesque villages and friendly people harmonize with bright and interesting traditions. Despite the hostilities in the Donbass, my wife and I did not encounter any signs of hostility. On the contrary, at the mention that we are from Moscow, there was even greater interest and attention.

The owners of the Chaban, Natasha and Ivan Bilischuk, paid all those who did not come their spent money, although they could easily keep it for themselves, following the example of other owners of hotels in high demand.
Ivan and Natalia are very friendly and do everything to make customers feel comfortable. The hotel is located in a fabulous location with views from every room to green meadows and dark spruce forests. Two buildings of "Shepherd" are built in the style of the best European standards with elements of Hutsul decor. The buildings are located on the slope of the mountain, 50 meters apart. Feeling of incredible peace and quiet. In my opinion, the hotel is of the highest level and fine taste.

Rested a few days ago in a new apartment. Everything is great, there is nothing to complain about. If not a cafe. The staff is frankly rude, does not know how to serve food. and the food itself as in a natural cafe. Usually in such hotels food is put an order of magnitude higher. It is sad that the owners are saving on staff.

rested in a two-room standard. warm, dry, floor heating in the bathroom. large radiators in the room, a serpentine in the bathroom for drying clothes. some kind of cleaning apparently is because the garbage was taken out for sure. linen for 4 nights and towels were not changed. Well, okay, I think we've come to the ski resort, and not to sit in the room. Let's go for breakfast. The food is average, some dishes are fatty and overcooked, but in principle, if you don’t find fault, you can eat. The most surprise was waiting for us in the evening, when we rolled enough, we came to rest in our already sad room. There is no soundproofing in the hotel. I will say without exaggeration that I could hear everything that was happening on the first and second floors. And the children who tirelessly rushed along the corridor simply drove me crazy with their cries. We are not picky people. We travel a lot and live far from Rixos, but we met such a hotel for the first time. And I would not mind all this, but not for such amounts that the rooms cost. Realistically, its price is half what we paid. Of course, there were also advantages. The distance to the ski lifts was good. It really didn't take long to go. Well, I can't say anything better. So think before you go to this hotel.

The presence of a room for drying inventory is very pleasing. As for warm water, I think there is no warm water everywhere by 17.00 . I just came half an hour earlier and everything was ok. Very comfortable mattresses, pillows (my favorite size) in the morning I wanted to fall longer, but the mountains were calling ahead! Only the neighbors strained, because they forgot that they were not alone. I think that I was very lucky with the hotel, thanks to the staff!

Strongly disagree with the bad reviews. The hotel itself is excellent. The rooms match the price. I lived in a duplex on the 3rd floor. There is no smell (I don’t know, maybe there was, but they eliminated it). The view from the window is beautiful (especially in the evening). The room is cozy and comfortable.

I was pleased with the ski room (this is a big plus). The breakfasts are delicious and varied. The staff is warm and understanding. Rooms and lobby are always clean. Warm enough. In the evening you can dine in a cafe for a relatively small price. I especially liked the trout with kulesha (thick porridge made from corn) in sour cream and medallions with potato pancakes. Not far to the trails. There is always hot water. Cons: for half a day, 1 time the water was turned off, it’s hard to climb down the hill.
