1. The rooms are very dirty, the towels stink, the bed with other people's hair, there is practically no water pressure.
2. The food is terrible, not only not tasty, but also expired products (for example, cutlets were made of some kind of skins and fat, sausages were so rubbery that it was difficult to cut them even with a knife, rice was a week old and in places of different colors)
3. There is no service at all in this motel (at the request to bring drinking water to the room, they brought it on the third attempt the next day and there are many similar examples... )

Several times a year our group visits Bukovel. The manager of the Krasnaya Polyana hotel approached us and offered to be their guests for the duration of our vacation. We had several conditions - early check-in and late check-out, as well as early breakfast for which we were ready to pay extra, but the manager Yulia refused to pay extra and offered these conditions as a bonus. But when we arrived, instead of breakfast, we were served bread with mayonnaise and spoiled sausage. And that was just the beginning....When we settled in the rooms (which had dirt, smelly towels and a bed with someone else's hair), we were told that they could not do a late check-out because they had already sold the rooms. To our claim that they deceived us and framed us, they heard the answer "Well, it happens... Sorry. " When we tried to find at least some kind of compromise, the manager Yulia hid and turned off her phone and did not appear right up to our departure. When we left, our group forgot to cook dinner, although we paid for it, we had to go astray from the trip schedule and look for where to feed 30 hungry people in the evening.
In general, this is a brief description of our 3-day trip ((((. WE HAVE NEVER MET SUCH HORROR YET, although we often go to Bukovel and have been to different hotels
