5. Food is a separate conversation: supposedly a Swedish line, but it’s not like they say! Juices are only grapes and pears to choose from, diluted with water, alcohol is only their shmurdyak and Chernihiv beer, the rest is all for money.
6. And most importantly - my children got poisoned in this hotel, because they served us morning food late and the youngest child vomited for half a day! And in the evening they served sour juice!
This is the real hotel! I do not recommend it, do not prove it to anyone! Directors from Kyiv are hidden behind seven locks! Running only staff who do not care at all! They only care about money!

Went to summer camp this year. We, as true parents, were looking for a place that would be good and interesting for us and that the children would not be bored. My husband a couple of times also took part in competitions along with the children.

Thanks to Vlad for the songs with a guitar by the fire. But on this, the pluses are downloaded, there are more minuses, to our great surprise and regret. For some reason, drinking water is no longer brought to the room (although it has always been) and this is in the summer!!! ! There are no jars of shampoo and gel in the room, the rooms are cleaned every 6 days. Nets on the windows would not interfere, because the house is full of living creatures. The kitchen is a separate issue (((The tables are not bursting with the number of dishes as last year, although the payment for 6 days has remained the same. The quality of food is like for cattle, the first is like slop, borscht is supposedly washed with beetroot, cabbage in huge pieces. Food is constantly not enough, every day I had to literally beg for my portion, because there were empty plates and an hour before the end of the meal, the waiters told us that nothing would be replenished. And a lot of money was paid for it!! ! The meat is often not tasty. Seasonal fruit is not enough for everyone, but bananas, apples and oranges can be eaten at any time of the year. The administration does not follow what is happening in the kitchen, after our complaints about the lack of food, nothing has changed in the kitchen. Establishments that respect and value customers try to correct mistakes after the first remarks. This is not here (((the kitchen lives its own separate life. And you won’t be fed up with clean air, animators and landscape. The adult pool was never open, although they assured that it would work by the summer season.

For garnish - mashed potatoes, pasta, buckwheat. ALL. And this is for 14 lunches ...2. Prices are higher than in Kiev. Add about 1000 a day. 3. Music - Russian chanson. Asked to remove - excluded. Court. Path - road - sidewalk in one person. You go - you have a car driving, you can't let the child out of the house by yourself. Some cars drove in and parked in style ...It's not realistic to go somewhere, because there are no sidewalks on the road. Cars ride Terrible. It's very dangerous there. We were indoors for 7 days.
Conclusion. Well made site, not true. For small children, noisy, dangerous stairs in the house (why not put a special removable door? ). For 7 days we paid about 35.000 for such a vacation. We returned exhausted, morally and physically. Request a list of services offered. You demand - you are given. No, they don't. We were warned about the soundproofing even at the stage of booking the room, so we were ready for an increased noise level from the second floor (if I still book a room in this hotel, I will take it on the second floor, the soundproofing is very poor). The rooms are clean, towels and linen too, cleaned every day or on request. The staff is adequate and polite. The cuisine in Hutsul is very tasty. The rooms have a kettle, a refrigerator, a set of dishes, Carpathian tea, sugar, 2 liters of water (if you still need to buy, a store is 50 meters away, prices are normal). Of the minuses: soundproofing, lack of slippers for guests and bathrobes in the rooms (those who are going to use the sauna and vats take with you). The overall impression is more than positive.
