We made a discount due to late arrival, organized a transfer from Ivano-Frankivsk to the hotel with departure from the railway station after 22-00. We rested in a room on the ground floor, the fireplace was heated at the request instantly, although this is a purely decorative element, since the room is very warm, despite the fact that it is -10 outside. We were warned about the soundproofing even at the stage of booking the room, so we were ready for an increased noise level from the second floor (if I still book a room in this hotel, I will take it on the second floor, the soundproofing is very poor). The rooms are clean, towels and linen too, cleaned every day or on request. The staff is adequate and polite. The cuisine in Hutsul is very tasty. The rooms have a kettle, a refrigerator, a set of dishes, Carpathian tea, sugar, 2 liters of water (if you still need to buy, a store is 50 meters away, prices are normal). Of the minuses: soundproofing, lack of slippers for guests and bathrobes in the rooms (those who are going to use the sauna and vats take with you). The overall impression is more than positive.
