Having traveled around many hotels and private gardens, and not finding free places, we were very happy that in such a wonderful place, 3 kilometers from Bukovel, we found a wonderful hotel complex and there were free places! From that moment on, our enthusiasm began to subside quickly, and then generally turned into wild anger and disgust for this place.
The cost of the room that we were given was rather big, 875 UAH per night, we agreed, expecting comfort, coziness and service corresponding to the requested money. IT WAS NOT HERE!
Having settled, we found many shortcomings, namely:
1. In the presence of a large number of chests of drawers, and the absence of a closet, no one thought of at least providing a few coat hangers so that you could hang things.
2. Someone broke the cup holder for toothbrushes before us, they never replaced it.
3. The bath is just near the wall, there are no curtains, they didn’t think about the sealant, so it’s impossible to use the shower, because the water just pours onto the floor from all sides.
4. Any self-respecting hotel, even 2**, provides a tray with glasses or cups, spoons, sugar, beer openers and other little things. It was missing altogether. Drinking water and juices from bottles. In order to bring something to the room, it was necessary to negotiate separately with the waitresses in private, they do not have such a service.
