-Wi-Fi works barely, very weak signal. Wi-Fi does not work in the 28th.
-toilet paper, soap, garbage bags had to beg. the first two days I took out the garbage myself, then spat: gathered 2 bags + a standard bucket. No one thought to serve the rooms;
- no one cleaned the room in 6 days;
-in the hotel the first 3 days we were the only guests. And for some reason the manager decided that we do not need hot water in the shower. The first three days I went and begged for hot water in the morning and evening (at least) but at best the water was 30-35 degrees. And I have two small children! ! ! !!
-wanted to order a bath, and it is without brooms "so as not to remove leaves from the pool" Why do I need a bath without brooms? ! ! !!
-near the twin hotel Milli & Jon, common entrance, common yard ...But there is a children's slide and a tiny sandbox. They got caught up with the fact that the child was playing with a little sand on the pavement. It turns out that "not our territory", and you see them sweeping behind us.
-Ordering coffee in the morning:
"-Sorry, for one cup I will not turn on the coffee machine ... "
drank soluble from the drain he brought with him ...
By the way, coffee costs 20 hryvnias.
The general impression is nonsense. I do not recommend especially with children, I am very sorry for the money spent

We chose this hotel due to the fact that we were traveling for two weeks and were looking for a budget option, we booked an attic room for 350 per day. We were very satisfied, the food was good, a hearty breakfast, we were full. We walked to the first ski lift, we are athletic people, it’s not difficult for us to walk for 15 minutes.
