I'll try to be as objective as possible. Were for Catholic Christmas 2017 with a group of 8 people.
Overall impression: a fairly good hotel. not far from the ski lift, with good infrastructure (rooms, rental, tandoor, sauna, barbecues and gazebos) which unfortunately suffers from poor quality and not particularly interested hired personnel. The owner obviously needs to pay more attention to this. One gets the impression that he seems to be there, but works for fucking... (
In fact, the hotel is small, but why does everyone in it not have time to do:
- settled only at 16:30, and began to clean up when we already said that how long you can wait, while what they did for 4 hours - it's not clear.
- for three days of stay, the staff could not remember who we were and from which rooms and constantly asked again

- when we ordered breakfast at 8:00, we were told that there were already many orders for 8:00 and they said that they would only take it out by 9:00. When you still managed to order at 8:00, you still received breakfast in almost 40 minutes.
- the restaurant menu is just for show, and basically nothing but salads can be ordered right away, everything is almost about pre-ordering a day in advance.
- when they wanted to cook a barbecue, especially before buying meat for 8 people, they clarified whether there was firewood, they said that there was. But when it came to frying, it turned out that the firewood was damp and they could not give it to us. We had to haul firewood from a nearby hotel ourselves.
- the light often turns off, it happened that 4-5 times a night, not for long, but not pleasant.
In general, nothing seems to be overly critical, but it is from such trifles that an impression is created. If someone is just looking for an option not far from the ski lift and does not expect anything to spend the night, then it’s okay, but if you want to have a good rest with good service, then you should definitely look for another option.
P. S. I will also add that in all these complaints, we were not alone. For many, breakfast was delivered late for 3 days and settled with a significant delay. On my own behalf, I wish the hotel to eliminate all these shortcomings and delight tourists with its service!
