Immediately after checking in, the toilet was fixed for us, but we had to take a shower standing ankle-deep in soapy water, which should have been in the sewer for a long time. 4. Cleaning in the room is extremely rare, that is, only after the release of the room, and then it is very conditional. Somehow something slithered under the bed, so there is such dust, what a horror! 5. And finally, the most "wonderful" thing I've experienced was communication with your invaluable administrator. This wonderful woman not only showed how she didn’t care about all the guests in the hotel, but tried to do it as humiliatingly as possible for the client. When you go into her office, she almost always speaks on the phone, after waiting a few minutes - you understand that the conversation is personal and she is in no hurry to complete it. Seeing that you are slightly worried about this, he calmly says "wait... ". You wait, after that she, with an extremely displeased expression on her face, ends the conversation and asks what is needed. When you say that they supposedly ordered a room from the 22nd, but they couldn’t arrive by this date (and arrived on the 24th), which was reported in advance and of course it was all paid in advance too. She replies that they have a check-in from 14:00, and the room is still occupied, it is impossible to check in.
