I want to share my impressions of the hut! She was not at the hotel. At first glance, the hut itself is nothing special, even a little "trampled", but the color that the musicians bring is something! ! ! ! ! ! ! I have never seen more of this in Bukovel and other Carpathian huts! The repertoire is amazing: from kolomyyok to world hits ("Show must go on", etc. … More ▾ I want to share my impressions of the hut! She was not at the hotel. And that's all: cymbals, violin, flute, trembita, accordion, kobza! ! ! ! ! Skorik's masterpiece-melody! ! ! ! ! Bravo! ! ! ! ! It was fun and emotional! ! ! ! ! And about food: ate little, mostly sang! But the dumplings, bigus, golonka were delicious. Thank you for a wonderful evening! I advise for a heartfelt friendly party!

Guys, we are not very rich people, but visiting Ra is a mandatory number of the program called "ski vacation in Bukovel" ...Who thinks, go boldly. Feel free to order national dishes and barbecue. Drink delicious beer from a huge liter mug and listen to heartfelt Ukrainian songs. Glory to Ukraine!

Good hotel for the money. The rooms are clean, comfortable and homely. The room is cleaned daily. The cuisine in the cafe at the hotel is delicious, and most importantly - satisfying. We didn’t go to Kolibu, I can’t say anything, but there are always a lot of visitors there. It would be bad - people would not go so massively. … More ▾ Good hotel for the money. The rooms are clean, comfortable and homely. The room is cleaned daily. The cuisine in the cafe at the hotel is delicious, and most importantly - satisfying. We didn’t go to Kolibu, I can’t say anything, but there are always a lot of visitors there. It would be bad - people would not go so massively... The staff at the hotel is friendly, not intrusive... In general, everything is fine in its price category. A huge plus is the close location to the ski lifts!! ! Thanks to all the hotel staff.

the hotel is so-so....but the kolyba *RA* sucks this season (2017) a few years ago even more or less the kitchen was normal (for 4) now it has deteriorated (it is necessary to invite O. Freimut to a tasting)..... but a fly in the ointment is added to this vinaigrette by an unlucky Balzac-aged Administrator (sha). … More ▾ the hotel is so-so....but the kolyba *RA* sucks this season (2017) a few years ago even more or less the kitchen was normal (for 4) now it has deteriorated (it is necessary to invite O. Freimut to a tasting)..... but a fly in the ointment is added to this vinaigrette by an unlucky Balzac-aged Administrator (sha)....where they found her....when contacted, she can be rude, looks at you as an uninvited guest, left unpleasant sensations..... even the tea did not rise leave.......At the moment I recommend the kolyba *At Mikoli* in the center of Bukovel, the attitude towards customers is at its best, only a table needs to be booked in advance

When you go into her office, she almost always speaks on the phone, after waiting a few minutes - you understand that the conversation is personal and she is in no hurry to complete it. Seeing that you are slightly worried about this, he calmly says "wait... ". You wait, after that she, with an extremely displeased expression on her face, ends the conversation and asks what is needed. When you say that they supposedly ordered a room from the 22nd, but they couldn’t arrive by this date (and arrived on the 24th), which was reported in advance and of course it was all paid in advance too. She replies that they have a check-in from 14:00, and the room is still occupied, it is impossible to check in. To a reasonable question about a refund for 2 days that lived in our paid room and other guests also paid for it, she answers with a categorical refusal, stating "this is contrary to their policy" ! ! After long conversations and bringing logic to the rescue, she offers an alternative - to settle in a room with slightly better conditions (one floor lower and not a standard, but a suite). In terms of money, this is almost 1000 hryvnia less than what was paid for these 2 days. And this is not to mention the fact that the administrator very rarely could be found in his place, she needed to be reminded to issue coupons for food, and at the same time there was no apology or feeling that she was doing something not as well as she could on her part. ! And there were a lot of dissatisfied customers, but few were waiting for her at the door, because people came to relax and not constantly swear with the staff. 6. The only one who pleased everyone in this "Ra" is Yaroslav. The guy answered the calls perfectly and drove and brought to the lift and from him when he was asked about it. There are no questions for him! Well done!

This is not the first time we have stayed at the hotel. The price-quality ratio is perfect for us. The rooms are warm, dry and clean. The furniture is new, bed linen is new, towels are soft and in sufficient quantity. The hotel has drying facilities for skis and boots. A very pleasant administrator (unfortunately I don’t remember her name), a courteous and sociable woman who is happy to help in any matter. … More ▾ This is not the first time we have stayed at the hotel. The hotel restaurant is beyond praise. Breakfasts are hearty and varied.
Of the minuses: weak water pressure in the shower and superficial cleaning of the room (garbage was taken out every other day, vacuumed once in 5 days). You can walk to the first ski lift and walk to the grocery store in 5 minutes.
Despite the full occupancy of the hotel, the room was quiet, there were no crowds of people walking along the corridors, and breakfast was served immediately in the restaurant.
The hotel has parking.
