We had a very tasty lunch at the restaurant (I will not write the name here, because this is not an advertisement). But believe me, everything was very tasty, special respect for the service. A little tired, but happy we went to the SPA and swimming pool, which unfortunately only works until 21:00. Although in other hotels, of this level until 23:00. Well, but that's it...
On the way to the pool, we booked a table at the central restaurant B-Zone for 5 people. After the pool, we planned to have a delicious dinner and go to rest in the room.

At about 9:15 PM we arrive at the B-Zone restaurant.
AND HERE THE THING BEGINS:

Since we have been up since 6 am and we have a 10-year-old child with us, who is almost asleep after an active day. We place an order and ask the waitress (she didn't even introduce herself) to bring cold snacks and drinks (everyone really wanted to drink) as soon as possible. We were ready to wait for the main, hot dishes).

We wait for drinks for 20 minutes, after which I remind the waiter about our order. After about another 10 minutes of waiting, the waiter brought the first part of the order and drinks:

@ Lard with black bread croutons and mustard - old, hard and smelly. The croutons and mustard are delicious))

@ Herring fillet with fried potato wedges and pickled onions - so salty and not fresh, it's good that they brought water, along with the order and you could drink this disgusting thing.

@ Fries and nuggets (children's menu) - cold and blue. To be honest, I didn't taste it. But my daughter, 10 years old, left everything on her plate).
We should have left that "restaurant" immediately without looking back. But since everyone was hungry, they gave us a chance for hot dishes. And that was our BIG MISTAKE!

They didn't want to make a fuss, although our comments about the cold dishes were made to the waiter.
Ignoring our complaints about the cold appetizers, after another 25 minutes they brought us "hot dishes":

@ Bograch - 2 pieces of stinking meat, 2 potatoes and carrots, poured with boiling water, without salt. I'm not exaggerating! Bograch, like water! This was my order and my friend's. We have the same impressions.


@ Borscht - ordered by my wife...After my wife's first spoonful and the expression on her face, I decided to try this "borscht"...I'll say this, if there was no salt at all in the "bogracha", then the "borscht" was oversalted and too, it seems like just water, pale red in color...
