I really wanted to relax in Bukovel. I started looking for a good hotel with smoking rooms, with a balcony, with a beautiful view of the mountains. On the Booking website, I found the Shelter Hotel, which offered all the services. Booked. Upon arrival, it turned out that smoking is strictly prohibited in this hotel, the room turned out to be without a balcony with one window, and the view from the window to a wonderful dump!! ! Smoking had to run outside from the second floor back and forth, although the hotel has shared balconies, but it is also strictly forbidden to go out on them. I turned to the administrator for an explanation and it turned out that they did not know anything about the conditions of my booking. I had to run outside for 10 days and smoke in the rain and wind. By the way, there is no shelter or canopy either. I'm just wondering foreign guests are also ganked on the street?? ? And in winter?? ? There is nothing like this anywhere in the world, I have traveled and I know what each client means to them. But this is Ukraine. The main thing is to pay money, and services are trifles. There is no food delivery to the room either, a cafe in the basement, but it does not work in the summer. When we settled into the room, it seemed to be clean, but I looked closely - there were other people's hair on the walls in the shower room, the rug under my feet was dirty. . . but they clean it every day. I wanted to wash things - there is nowhere to hang them, but there is a battery in the bathroom. I hung it up, turned it on, in the morning all the clothes were in rusty spots, it was not possible to wash it off. I decided to go to other hotels and, oh, horror, and the rooms are cheaper, and all the services you need, and I’ll even go to bed, and smoke for your health, just relax. In general, the rest is ruined, but now I know exactly where to go to rest. Abroad!! !
