The hotel of the Ski House was booked in the evening with the baby, as they decided to stay overnight in Bukovel, to continue the rest. We called back to the administrator that we would come. After 40 minutes they were at the hotel, to which the administrator replied that she had already closed the cashier, can only be paid in cash. I had no cash with me, I sat down the phone, was late evening and tired little baby. I suggested to pay in the morning when they open the cash desk or I will find charging on the phone to pay for the account. The administrator replied that she first sees to go to rest without money and charging for the phone, which was not found in the hotel. And for the first time in my life I see such brazen behavior and communication with guests! And I am sure that I will not see anywhere else!
