I do not advise anyone to get into the conditions in which we found ourselves, having arrived and settled in the Terkon Tour hotel. Information on the site about the hotel was encouraging and the price for a room in early December was not cheap (300 UAH - double room). BUT! There were no promised hair dryers in the rooms, they had to beg almost against receipt, the refrigerator was in one room out of two on the floor, THERE WAS NOT SOMETHING HOT, EVEN WARM WATER, and in response to numerous requests addressed to the administrator, turn on everything hot water, we received incomprehensible excuses and promises throughout our stay at the hotel. Also in the same building and in the neighboring one, construction work was carried out (breaking walls, cutting tiles, noise of a perforator, hammering in nails), which began at 8 am and continued until 10 pm every day. Those. the rise was forced, but sleep was possible only after the builders had finished working. All requests to start construction work at least after 10 am (when all residents go to the slopes to ride) were ignored. The receptionist did not help in solving any of these problems, and attempts to contact the owner of the hotel ended in a complete ignore. The owner Natalia, who personally accepted the advance payment for the rooms, did not answer the calls after she heard that we had complaints. The administrator, after we demanded compensation for such terrible living conditions, called security to kick us out.
Neither the lack of hot water due to the presence of only one boiler for a bunch of rooms (there is simply not enough for everyone - one swims, then the water is heated for several hours), nor the presence of construction work was specified during the settlement (when the rooms were paid), or during the transfer room deposit.
The conclusion suggests itself: such a hotel business should be cut down in the bud. Our company of 8 people does not advise (and this is putting it mildly) to stay at Thercon Tour. For the same money, you can find yourself in Bukovel at least hot water and silence, and sometimes even breakfast.
