Arriving at the hotel on the day of check-in at 14:00 (as we were told by phone), I ran into a closed door and no one was around. Circling around this "hostel" for about 10 minutes, I saw that some woman came out of the basement, wondering who I was and what I wanted from her, then they figured out that I was going to check in. We went into a room with a persistent smell of a security room or a fireman, they immediately took the second half of the surcharge for the room from me and then gave me the key. in the euphoria of vacation, in principle, I was set to rest and did not try to find fault with anything, but when I brought my wife and child into the room, we immediately saw the light. The room feels like 10-12 square meters. in which it stank of smoke and it was cold, going up to the balcony door it immediately became clear why the door did not close tightly, and from there smoke was whistling from the cafe opposite and cold. Cleaning in the bathroom is probably not provided for in this hotel, this was evidenced by everything that was in it, and the mold on the walls of the shower room, and the hair stuck to it. Towels - such an impression that they picked them up from the floor after the previous tenants and folded them and gave them to us, except that one was pink (something shed on it), the rest were dirty. The adult bed also had dirt and hair on it. Seeing that there was no linen on the extension for the child, I went down for him, to which I was told that I had to pay 200 UAH for this, which I did. Having risen back, my wife and I decided that it was not possible to live here and went to refuse the room. The child wanted to climb onto the upper extension, which staggered like a drunk with experience, with the help of a ladder that stood nearby, its stop point to the bed was 1 cm, respectively, the child fell down, it’s good that at least on the lower bed. The owner of this almshouse named Anatoly came to our complaints, showed him all the shortcomings, he agreed, offered to eliminate everything, but there was no desire to stay here with such a warm welcome at all. Anatoly said that the cash would be returned immediately, but they did not return the advance to anyone, but they would return it to the card a little later, since they were to blame for the current situation, he began to talk about who knows him, and everyone will be able to vouch for him, and his reputation is important for this everything will be returned.

My colleagues and I decided to take a short vacation in early March this year, go skiing and have a nice time in the bosom of our beautiful Ukrainian nature. They stopped their choice at the TerCon-Tour Hotel in Bukovel, which they did not regret. Rest and really succeeded, the hotel rooms are very comfortable, comfortable beds on which to sleep, shower with hot water without interruption, TV, free Wi-Fi, electric kettle with microwave, plus a set of dishes.

Prices for accommodation in this hotel are quite affordable, even for low-income people, plus we got a good discount. The hotel is located next to the lift №1, about 150 meters, just go down the stairs and you can already enjoy skiing, we did not take with us the skis, but there was no need to rent ski equipment hotel.
In general, everything is very conveniently located, the hotel has cafes and restaurants, you can play billiards, go to the sauna or grill barbecue, which by the way was provided absolutely free, so there were no problems with where to spend the evening. After a rest in the hotel "TerCon-Tour" there were only positive impressions, not only for me, but for all my colleagues. Thank you to this hotel for your hospitality and respect! We will definitely come here next time!

We "rested" in this hotel in January 2016. The rooms are not cleaned. Terrible dust under the bed, in the closets. Before us, apparently, a family with a child was resting, and a broken children's board for skating remained on the closet. Behind the grandmother's sofa lay a slice of tangerine. Apparently the cleaning lady did not notice such small debris.

Before us, apparently, a family with a child was resting, and a broken children's board for skating remained on the closet. Behind the grandmother's sofa lay a slice of tangerine. Apparently the cleaning lady did not notice such small debris. The old refrigerator rattled at night. For 4 days no one cleaned, they took out the garbage themselves. But these are all trifles in comparison with what happened next. As it turned out, the "purified" (as the administrator told us upon check-in) water in the cooler, which was located between the floors, with the "Alaska" sticker, was not filtered at all. It is brought from the spring!! ! Pour into the same tanks constantly. The whole family was poisoned. A ruined day, a temperature over 38, which does not go astray, and other unpleasant symptoms. Upon arrival home, they called Natalia, with whom they agreed in advance for the reservation. To our negative review, she indignantly began to answer that it was impossible to get poisoned with water from a spring, that she was a doctor and knew better. But during the conversation, she changed her mind and said that this is water for tea and coffee and it needs to be boiled in advance. And then she asked at all: "Do you really believe everything that is written? "
Bottom line: do not believe what is written on the website of this hotel. In fact, the opposite is true. Water "Alaska" - water from a spring of unknown origin, the Terkon Tour hotel is not a hotel at all, and besides, unsanitary conditions in the rooms, indifferent staff and Soviet rooms.
We won't recommend this hotel to anyone.
Bottom line: do not believe what is written on the website of this hotel. In fact, the opposite is true. Water "Alaska" - water from a spring of unknown origin, the Terkon Tour hotel is not a hotel at all, and besides, unsanitary conditions in the rooms, indifferent staff and Soviet rooms.

Hi all! Rested this year, the whole family, for the New Year holidays, were very pleased. Excellent hotel, reasonable prices, rooms are very comfortable, everything is clean everywhere, there is a refrigerator, kettle, necessary utensils. floor heating, which is very pleased, new mattresses, the view from the balcony is amazing!! ! The REFRIGERATOR is old and roared so much that we had to pull it out into the common corridor. It can be seen that they save on everything, there are exactly three hangers in the closet. There were no promised hair dryers in the rooms, they had to beg almost against receipt, the refrigerator was in one room out of two on the floor, THERE WAS NOT SOMETHING HOT, EVEN WARM WATER, and in response to numerous requests addressed to the administrator, turn on everything hot water, we received incomprehensible excuses and promises throughout our stay at the hotel. Also in the same building and in the neighboring one, construction work was carried out (breaking walls, cutting tiles, noise of a perforator, hammering in nails), which began at 8 am and continued until 10 pm every day. Those. the rise was forced, but sleep was possible only after the builders had finished working. All requests to start construction work at least after 10 am (when all residents go to the slopes to ride) were ignored. The receptionist did not help in solving any of these problems, and attempts to contact the owner of the hotel ended in a complete ignore. The owner Natalia, who personally accepted the advance payment for the rooms, did not answer the calls after she heard that we had complaints. The administrator, after we demanded compensation for such terrible living conditions, called security to kick us out.
