Rested in January 2013. three with a small child in the building №1 (central).
Booking a room - clear, with a sense of what awaits you (thank you Maria). They lived in a suite, which I really liked. It can not be called a two-room, because it is a large room, which is divided into two zones by the entrance to the bathroom. : ) However, there is a large double bed and a double sofa bed, armchair, large closet, two TVs, refrigerator, two balconies, DVD player, kettle, safe, fresh flowers. In the bathroom (very spacious) - bath, toilet, bidet, hair dryer, soap, shampoo-gel. On the balconies - armchair and chairs. Everything is new and works! Noise insulation is good. The area is small - a couple of benches with tables, gazebo, parking (8-10 cars) and a farmyard. Opposite - a building plot, fenced, behind it - a forest.
Breakfast and minibar are not included.

Cafe near the building №3, spacious with a pleasant interior, adequate prices (except for coffee and tea, which are more expensive than in Bukovel !!! ) and good food. Don't expect something extraordinary from the chefs, but they will feed you after skiing for sure! The Internet did not work, mobile communication almost too! In a word - bear lands! : ) Did not use the rental, sauna, too. Drying for beds and clothes is not noticed, although at the entrance to the building №1 there are special places for skiing.
In general, the place is quiet, the route does not interfere, to the resort about 5 km across Palyanytsia. During our stay the hotel was inhabited mainly by Moldovans. The staff is friendly.
Cons: problems with heating / battery near the bathroom (three times a plumber came, but did nothing); lack of working Internet; not very good room on the day of arrival (the floor is poorly washed, especially under the beds); coffee and tea prices; remarks from the staff about the need to close the windows in the room (and how to breathe the Carpathian air? ) Missing a small table.
In general, everyone liked it, fully consistent with the money spent!
