We are guests from Latvia. We stayed in this hotel from 11.03-13.03. 2018. I really hope that the management of this hotel reads the reviews and takes seriously the staff and teaches how to work with customers.
Of the minuses: VERY unfriendly staff (well, just SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OOOOD), girls don't smile, don't say hello not in the restaurant not at the reception. We were a little taken aback by such communication. This is how the administrator talked to us at the reception, it seems like we didn’t drink at brotherhood, to call us that. We Europeans are a little embarrassed. In the lobby, the waiters don't pay attention to you at all. You have to run to the waiters yourself and make orders, although the waiters rub at this bar all the way. They do not understand one thing, the more you offer the client services, the more you earn. But, not in this hotel. It is clear that we did not want to spend money in this hotel.
There is NO service in the restaurant, and the food is also NO, as many have praised here. They ordered dumplings with cracklings, they brought them without and they didn’t even warn in advance that there were no cracklings and the waitress didn’t even apologize, she also walked with a sour mine all the way. The steak is also not the best. We didn't have dinner the next day. Alcohol at the bar is only imported. Breakfast buffet, poor, enough for breakfast. Maybe we were unlucky with the change of staff, I don't know. But the impression of the restaurant is not the best.
