Розачарування Disappointment

The hotel was disappointing. Preliminarily rested in 2018, the service was at a high level, clean rooms, delicious food. That is why we returned to this hotel, but were completely disappointed for 6 thousand hryvnia per day.
First, the rooms are shabby, ragged walls, the closet is malignant dirt. For 4 days no one has ever cleaned the room, toiletries do not change! Although it is surprising if the room was occupied by dirt. Absolutely no service. For breakfast, a small selection of dishes, but more or less to taste. I will not say that it is tasty, but not bad. The spa also lacks any service.
I haven't seen the service staff there for another 4 days. Only once a lady came at 21:00 and kicked visitors out of the pool because it was closing. The water itself is at the room temperature pool, so it's just cold to swim. The general impression is negative. The price does not match the quality.
There are many good hotels nearby, the cost of which is lower by 1.5 thousand.
