After 4 days, while relaxing in the room, the maid breaks into the room and demands to immediately hurriedly move to another 2-bed room on the same floor, since you need to put a woman in a single room “for money”... she rolled up very badly a scandal to the administrator... with her actions and rudeness, the maid scared my child. In a hurry, we collect things and go to a 2-bed room... the most painful place in the rooms is plumbing (water flows from the tap), sockets (fall off and you can see the wires) and repairs crooked "masters".

6. Change the attitude of staff to work. The staff is 60% boorish and with a negligent attitude to work. If you ask for toilet paper or a rag because of the current water tap, they will bring... if you don’t ask, your problems. Before that, we had a rest on the same voucher in the sanatorium ''Stozhary'' in Skhidnitsa and have something to compare with. There, a children's room was organized for the children in the club of the sanatorium with educators... the children played, drew, glued, did crafts, played games, sang , watched cartoons, etc. On arrival, vacationers were organized 2 excursions for free (Tustan, Limpopo Zoo, etc. ). The food was delicious and varied, there was enough fruit
(banana, apple, orange, kiwi). The rooms are in excellent condition. Therapeutic procedures for children are free of charge. The staff is polite and friendly. Respect to the administration of the Stozhary sanatorium.

The only advantages of the Karpaty sanatorium are amazing and enchanting nature, clean mountain air, a nearby forest, a castle, a mini-zoo, a lake with fish-toads-snakes and jelous water... the impression is twofold.
