I bought a ticket (social insurance, partial payment) from May 01 to May 12. The sanatorium was warned in advance that the tour starts on May 01 and we will drop in on the first day (me and the child). Upon arrival, it turns out that there are no places... And they offer me to live with the child in the castle... On a ticket, I have a double room with private facilities. There are no amenities in the castle (toilet on the floor, shower downstairs, entrance from the street). The rooms are damp (the bed is damp), in one of the rooms the smell was as if someone had already died there.
To my indignation, where did my pre-booked room (and paid accordingly) go, the administrator shrugged her shoulders and said that this was not a question for her, she was just an administrator on duty...
Temporarily assigned to a room on the 7th floor (single room, where I had to sleep with the child on the same bed, there is no hot water, the cold barely runs (the deputy of the marketing department, where the vouchers are sold, told me that I want a lot - this 7th floor and water does not reach there... )). In the morning they said they would move to the room that was booked for me... What was my surprise when they told me in the morning that there were no places and there was no room for me either! He is busy! Perhaps (! ) I will be moved after dinner to a room from which people leave (they were sitting in the marketing department in front of me, they complained about the room - it was recently painted and there was a strong smell of plaster and dampness)... At the same time, on my the question is whether the child and I will be moved on the same day after dinner to a room where there will be no dampness and unnecessary smells of building materials and decoration (the child had bronchitis and is prone to asthma not so long ago, so we don’t need any extra irritants) - I couldn’t to say... I did not wait, because. the vacation was already spoiled - the places that were listed for my ticket were given to someone, and I had to live, according to the administrators on duty, who knows where... And they proudly pointed out very much that they say they settled you, but there are people street midnight to check in. . .

It seems to me that this is not a reason to be proud - people go to rest and get treated, and not waste time on stupid showdowns with the administration!
