I will start with the fact that we decided to stay in Polonyna only after calling about 10 hotels located as close as possible to the Dragobrat lift and found no available rooms for 6 days during our planned vacation. The first impression was made when I booked the room, but instead of specifying my name, I was told that you need to transfer 30% of the total amount of accommodation. As a result, we were recorded as UAH 800. advance ». Funny, right))?
We arrived early at 9:30. Instead of "Hello" on the go - your rooms are still busy! But, thank God, they offered to go up to the second floor and sit in the dining room. At 11:00 we were settled. Since there was no light on Dragobrat that day, we managed to wash off the road only the next day.
Now about the number. Dirty bare walls (with a single picture, like a photo in a frame), cracked plaster, torn tulle, no curtains.

Although I was pleased with the mini-fridge and quite comfortable beds. The remote control from the TV in the room was not, as we were told: "Ah ...so it was broken ... " Here is a very logical explanation. As a result, the whole week the console was my husband)). Sound insulation is practically absent. At first we were startled by the sound of water running down the pipes in the bathroom. The bathroom itself is basically nothing… But somehow we managed to flood the neighbors below. Oops ...There were problems with the plumbing.
Now about food - for 6 days of our stay in "Polonyna" we were NEVER given the first, which would be at least some hint of meat. The portions are so small that I didn't even get enough, not that my husband. The first evening we were served potato and green bean soup, pancakes and compote. And as an indisputable rule - tea every morning, compote every night.
Nobody ever asked, maybe we want coffee ...
When we booked the room, we discussed that we would not order food for the child, because she is very picky about food. When the three of us came to dinner, we were indignantly asked: Are you three? ? ? Instead of clarifying: Maybe your child will need a separate meal? Of course, for an additional fee. But we did not receive such a share of attention. They fed their daughter with their portions (she eats dishes that do not contain greens, sauces, onions and carrots, mushrooms. Of the soups - chicken broth and soup with meatballs, again without onions and carrots). For lunch we went to the cafes of the neighboring hotels "Dragobrat" and "In the stack". There are large portions, and delicious.
On the fourth day of our vacation, new vacationers arrived, they, like everyone else, were offered buckwheat with "garlic" cutlets for breakfast. One of the girls said: I would eat soup. Do you have soup?
To which the answer was: Yes, the soup is with green beans ...! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! WE WERE GIVEN IT ON THE FIRST DAY OF OUR RESIDENCE!

That same day I was poisoned by something. I thought it was mulled wine. And on the last night, soup and horns with gravy and two tiny pieces of meat were served for dinner. I only ate soup because I took care of my stomach after the recent events. The man ate everything, the daughter ate vermicelli (the sauce was on the side, so there were almost no problems with eating). Two hours later, the daughter began to feel sick. . with all the consequences, another 3 hours later the same thing happened to her husband. In general, we all slept almost all night. All medicines were drunk. We didn't know what to do or where to go for help. Therefore, it is logical that first of all we called the hostess of the institution (it was about 11 o'clock in the evening). The man asked where she was. She replied that she was asleep. The man explained the situation. She replied: And what can I do, I have in the first aid kit only iodine, celery and adhesive tape. ! ! ! ! ! ! !!
How is that possible?
Knowing that it takes 40 minutes to get down the mountain by car to the nearest pharmacy in Yasin, the hotel first aid kit did not contain any adequate medication. As a result, all we managed to make a living - 2 cups of boiled water.
In the morning, the hostess almost beat in the chest, with the words - we have everything fresh! ! ! ! ! Although at that time I was very skeptical… I politely refused breakfast. Then the hostess informed me that the eviction before 12:00 and the point. We left this hotel with the confidence that we will never return to it.
Here is my verdict: unfortunately, in Polonyna you will not meet the famous Carpathian hospitality, understanding and any participation. The word SERVICE for them is probably something foreign and unknown. We have visited many institutions of this type in Ukraine and the Carpathians in particular, and therefore there is something to compare.
I really hope that after reading my review, the hosts will draw at least some conclusions.
