Incidents with this hotel began even before arrival. We booked in advance by phone, talked to a man, booked a standard. When they called back 3 days before arrival to clarify whether there were any changes, it turned out that we didn’t have a reservation (there is no such surname either on the date that we booked or on others) and they don’t have a male administrator, as well as free standard class rooms. I had to ask for a higher category, since in early May, during the flowering of daffodils, it was already difficult to find another option. As a result, we booked a standard of superior comfort, specified the time of settlement.
When we arrived to check in (at the specified time -13:00), the receptionist said that the room had not yet been cleaned and waited at least an hour, without the slightest hint of an apology for the inconvenience, settled in the end at 14:30. The room matches the photo on the site, with Wi-Fi, BUT the heated towel rail in the bathroom did not work and there was a small dent on the inside of the room doors, the balcony overlooked the patio to the playground, the closet doors creaked to horror.
