Booked a room by phone a month before moving in. Booked "Junior Suite Family" at the time of booking the price was 700 UAH. (I offered to pay immediately! ) But, I was told that payment is only upon settlement.
It all started from the very beginning. We arrived at 7 o'clock in the morning. And then it turns out that we booked a "Family" room, the cost of which is 850 UAH. The girls showed some kind of reservation (which they created automatically in electronic form and tried to convince me that I did it))) Moreover, they proved so fiercely and sincerely !!!
We settled in this room... Going into the room, I was surprised by the presence of earplugs on the bedside tables... but more on that later.
The first two days were daily cleaning. Then from one bathroom (there are two of them) they just took out the garbage and that's it.
And the cherry on the cake is April 27 - in the morning at 8.00 - we were awakened by the pleasant sound of a working puncher !!! ! Since the sound insulation is disgusting, or, more simply, it simply isn’t there, the sound was such that it gently turned into a shiver of walls and beds! On the night from 27.04 to 28.04 - until half past one in the night, the knock of a sledgehammer with a perforator !! ! I called at 00.30 at the reception - the reaction just pleased me - they asked me from which room I was))) and that's it !!! ! (By the way, the word "sorry" - they do not use at all! )
The restaurant is good, delicious food, fast and friendly service.
And the hotel is just awful! Think a million times before staying at this hotel!

When they called back 3 days before arrival to clarify whether there were any changes, it turned out that we didn’t have a reservation (there is no such surname either on the date that we booked or on others) and they don’t have a male administrator, as well as free standard class rooms.

When they called back 3 days before arrival to clarify whether there were any changes, it turned out that we didn’t have a reservation (there is no such surname either on the date that we booked or on others) and they don’t have a male administrator, as well as free standard class rooms. I had to ask for a higher category, since in early May, during the flowering of daffodils, it was already difficult to find another option. As a result, we booked a standard of superior comfort, specified the time of settlement.
When we arrived to check in (at the specified time -13:00), the receptionist said that the room had not yet been cleaned and waited at least an hour, without the slightest hint of an apology for the inconvenience, settled in the end at 14:30. The room matches the photo on the site, with Wi-Fi, BUT the heated towel rail in the bathroom did not work and there was a small dent on the inside of the room doors, the balcony overlooked the patio to the playground, the closet doors creaked to horror.
Once we ate in a restaurant, we liked it there, although the service was very slow, but the restaurant staff was friendly.
When we arrived to check in (at the specified time -13:00), the receptionist said that the room had not yet been cleaned and waited at least an hour, without the slightest hint of an apology for the inconvenience, settled in the end at 14:30. You will find it difficult to find an administrator at the reception, and if you do, it is not a fact that communication with him will be pleasant and useful. If you are ashamed of your spoken Ukrainian, then you may not even contact the administrator Diana - you will be rude and refuse to speak Russian with you.

You will find it difficult to find an administrator at the reception, and if you do, it is not a fact that communication with him will be pleasant and useful. If you are ashamed of your spoken Ukrainian, then you may not even contact the administrator Diana - you will be rude and refuse to speak Russian with you. The walls in the room are so thin that you will hear everything that is happening around, wake up from loud conversations in the corridor and the administrator, in a fit of rudeness, will tell you about your family affairs. If suddenly you want to drink - alas, there is no mini-bar, and if you ask to bring you water - they will send you to go to a restaurant and buy it yourself. Naturally, you won’t wait for cleaning and garbage removal in 3 days, the maximum is to change towels for you. Breakfasts are not bad: a delicious scrambled eggs, but normal coffee is made only for those who like it - the rest are slops.

The plus is that the hotel has everything at once - Restaurant (Excellent cuisine - huge portions - ridiculous prices + a cook from Hungary and a beautiful interior), spa -salon (expensive cosmetics - a large selection of procedures - friendly staff - moderate prices), sauna (a log house on 2 floors - wood-burning pool - billiards) Rooms without frills, but quite comfortable.
