We stayed at the hotel in August with young children. In general, the hotel left a good impression. But there are also disadvantages. Let's start with the good. A beautiful territory, everything is well-groomed, the hotel is being actively improved, a beautiful heated pool with mountain views has opened, an indoor pool and a pool for children are being built nearby. Everywhere is clean and tidy. There is a normal Wi-Fi, however, a couple of times there were small failures. There is a lift, which is very convenient for winter holidays. On the territory there are gazebos for recreation, barbecue facilities. Right behind the fence is a forest, we went for walks there, picked lingonberries, blackberries and herbs.
Of the shortcomings, I want to especially note the cleaning in the room, because during the week of our stay at the hotel, we never cleaned the room. They took out the trash a couple of times. On the penultimate day, we asked a question at the reception - the next day they came to clean it, but a few hours before departure, this was no longer relevant to us. The room itself is not bad (they took the Comfort Suite), but not very good, as for a suite. On the last day, we had to be at the hotel until the evening, and for some reason they check out before 10 am, so we took a standard room for half a day, also a quite normal room, only small and overlooking the ruins.
I didn’t really like the local kolyba, the prices are not cheap, the service is average, the taste is 50/50, but the design is good.

For children, it seemed to me, not enough entertainment: a small slide with a sandbox and a trampoline. And what was inconvenient for us with small children was the lack of a kitchen, there was even nowhere to warm up. A couple of times they asked to go to the kolyba, but we were not very happy there, to put it mildly))) But this is our personal opinion.
Maybe someone will decide that I'm nitpicking, but I think that the hotel should correspond to the money paid for it, because its cost is not the cheapest, so the quality should be the same.
But the impressions from the rest and from the hotel were still positive. I would like to note the owners of the hotel, caring and friendly people, happy to communicate with vacationers.
